The Hyatt Centric is very nice and is in a great, safe area of the city.  There are restaurants and shops within walking distance but visiting some of the more touristy locations requires transportation.  We used Uber for transport to the airport and the trip took about 35 minutes in early evening traffic.

Post Cruise stay in Santiago

Hotel was great. Staff was great. Breakfast layout was diverse. Pool was clean and refreshing. English language was very good. Getting to and from the airport was a little costly but the cost of the hotel was great if you book early with Expedia. 

Great 10 day trip

This was a work trip for my colleagues from different countries and we stayed here for a week. Service was always attentive, kind and efficient. I lost one of my credit cards and Pablo helped me with access to contact the company. I was surprised he always greeted me by name, what a personal touch! Two women and Enrique helped me with a variety of needs: booking a same day restaurant reservation, finding a post office, help with sending mail and finding to-go coffee cups when the restaurant didn't have any. My needs were always met and questions always answered. Being in a foreign country, you feel lost, but the staff helped me feel at home and at ease. It was always nice to be welcome by the doormen + I appreciate their added security. Housekeeping was always en pointe. My only regret was not enjoying the rooftop pool area.

It truly was a wonderful experience. It was my home for a week and I loved it.

Excellent

Hyatt Centric Las Condes is located in the heart of Las Condes district. Close to many restaurants and bars. Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast buffet and an excellent French Restaton site. Very modern and comfortable rooms. It is a pleasure to stay here! 

Excellent hotel in the heart of Santiago

Excellent Hotel location. The property is clean, updated and good quality food. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. We were part of the Globus South America Tour. Hotel staff were courteous and friendly. We would definite  recommend this property for personal or business stay.

Hyatt Centric @ Santiago, Chili

This was our first time in Santiago. If you have any concerns staying at this hotel don’t think any further. Just book it. The neighborhood is safe, great restaurants within walking distance, close to El Golf metro, great concierge Karina and front desk staff, I can go on. The reason for the low score on value is that it’s over priced for the property and city.  I think the reason was because of high demand due to Pan American games. Like staying in Paris during the Olympics the prices will be inflated. We’ve stayed in luxury hotels all over the world and this one is leaning more towards “business” rather than luxury. That’s not a bad thing but some may be looking for a luxury spa/vibe which this is not…it’s new, clean and modern with young helpful and capable staff in an excellent location. The Ritz next door is considered luxury (we went for dinner) but the atmosphere is a bit stuffy and old LOL. NH Collection attached to the mall in Vitacura is convenient for shopping but it’s a bit further out. Mandarin oriental is also further out and you don’t get the neighborhood vibe. Hotel Magnolia is very lovely with lux/spa vibes but the neighborhood is more boho and less manicured walks. So people…stay here at the Centric if you want a high end clean modern hotel in the perfect location. You won’t be disappointed! 

Excellent hotel in great neighborhood

Guest service was excellent esp Karina. She sent us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Gave great travel tips for Santiago. She also provided her What’s App in case we needed her.
A negative is that it took nearly 1/2 hour to order a decafe cappucino. When it arrived, breakfast was nearly over.

3 night Stay at Hyatt Centric Las Condes

On one hand is the high standard of everything! The rooms are great, the food is “bueno”.  But more is the kind and warmhearting atmosphere of the people working there. It was a pleasure to be your guest.


Best Hotel in town

Amazing hotel -  staff were very professional and accommodating, the property is very well managed, the breakfast is world class, and the views of Santiago are outstanding. The roof-top deck, on the 17th floor, with pool and gym, is the perfect place to relax and take in the views.

Amazing property

This was my first time in Santiago. The hotel was in a very convenient and safe location. The metro stop was about a half block away. Taxis were readily available. There were many dining options in the hotel area.

The hotel shelf was very nice. The rooms were large, well appointed and above all clean. The staff was very helpful and very responsive. The breakfast was very nice.

Unbelievable Hotel! Amenities like a Grand or Park Hyatt!
Christian in Guest Services is a STAR! Rooms are impeccable and the bedding is divine! Towels and robes are top notch. Housekeeping is also great!
Don’t miss the restaurant for any meal of the day!!! We even got a late night burger at the bar where they have unbelievable Lemongrass Pisco Sours!

Absolutely AMAZING Hotel and location!!

Couldn't have been more happy. Very receptive and absolutely friendly staff. I have been to fourteen countries this year staying in hotels, this without the slightest doubt was the best exerience I had. Awesome breakfast and very nice rooms. Showers were hot and good warer pressure. If you go to Santiago, don't miss out on the Hyatt Centric !

Fantastic hotel and awesome staff

Terrific experience. Stay at this hotel at least once every month and am never disappointed.  The staff is very attentive, the rooms and common spaces are well kept and excellently designed.  Breakfast is great, bar is great, location is spectacular.

Great stay

This Hyatt is in a very nice, walkable, quiet, and safe area.  The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very attentive. Our Spanish is terrible and they were very patient and willing to help. The food and drinks in the restaurant and bar were very good!
The only disappointment was the hot tub was not working. But the rooftop pool is beautiful.

Excellent location and staff are always helpful and willing to go the 'extra mile' to help in any situation.  The restaurants are very good and the overall layout and design are great for meetings and work events.  Carla runs a great hotel.   My thanks to Christian for his help and great attitude.

Best Hotel In Las Condes

Close to Restaurants, Shops etc. Great to walk to everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel. I'm not sure whatelse to say except that I need to fillin 200 characters. Breakfast was ok nothing special but you can order a hot breakfast entree...

Very Nice Hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel, great staff, in a safe and nice area. Near mall and good restaurants. Easy to go to Valle nevado to ski. Not too far from airport. Great view on roof top, great great in house restaurant, fancy food and reasonable price.

hyatt centric in the center of the most affluent area in santiago..............las condes has everything you need within walking distance.............embassy row near by............great street scene with restaurants and cafes.........guest services antonio was the best........use to live in Boston so knows americans and tastes which is helpful.............cant wait to go back..............stayed several times...........

THE BEST!

Here's what's great about this hotel...
It's QUIET. It felt like I was staying in some sort of sound proofed room. When the door closes, you feel like you are in your own sanctuary. Secondly, the blackout curtains actually function. I was exhausted when I finally went to sleep and could not tell it was morning when I woke up at 9am. Thirdly, the air conditioning was strong enough to keep the place at 16C if I wished. So, my room was very conducive to a perfect night's rest... quite, cold and dark. It was awesome. If that were not enough, the staff was very helpful and make me feel totally welcomed. It's simply the place to stay when you visit Santiago. 

It's the place to stay...

The staff was excellent. I had an issue with my cab driver and a staff member paid for my cab with her own money. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast buffet was good and they had take away containers. Great location and overall great experience. 

Excellent customer service

My family and I stayed for a week at the hotel and had the best experience.  Staying at the hotel was the perfect decision for this vacation. We travel a lot as a family ant this hotel ranks as one of our best experiences.  The team of the hotel was extraordinary helpful, friendly and very importantly efficient. Additionally, the location is perfect, very safe neighborhood, two blocks from the metro and lots of places to eat and shop walking distance.    

Family vacation in Hyatt Centric, Las Condes, Chile

The hotel is modern, clean and well-appointed.  It appears to be well-run, with friendly and solicitous staff.  Great location.  Comfortable rooms.  The restaurant has wonderful breakfast and great dinner.  All-around stars. 

Wonderful Hotel, Excellent Staff.

My fiancé and I were in Santiago visiting some friends and family. Being from the US, the Hyatt Centric had many of the familiar amenities as any usual US hotel which is comforting when you’re so far away from home. The location is walking distance from many restaurants and bars, as well as the subway station. 

Easy check in, great location

Would very much recommend this hotel. Staff did everything to make the stay very pleasant. Great breakfast (though the single negative was the coffee — from a machine!) Everything else was swell. Staff were very helpful suggesting and organizing restaurants, as well as places to see.

Nice hotel, well maintained, good location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit small and being in the 5th floor  is right across from some apartment building, making it uncomfortable to open the curtains.  Maybe one of the higher floors would be better.

The Hotel is just 5 years young and the excellent appearance is evident. Rooms are very comfortable and the ones with view are of course even better. The staff is very friendly and you get to know them by the name. The location is convenient and walking distance from dozens of superb restaurants. 

The best alternative in Santiago

From the moment I stepped in the hotel, I was greeted by my name. The offered me early check in and an upgrade to my room. During my stay I was offered a complimentary bottle of wine and offered daily specials. 

The Perfect Stay

The hotel is excellent, housekeeping standard excellent.  Food and Beverage is good but you are walking distance to some great restaurants.  Most of the staff speak English and very engaging and helpful. 

Excellent Hotel

My room had a funky smell (like greasy food?).  Might not be applicable to other rooms because I think mine was one floor above the kitchen.  Staff did not seem too interested in my feedback when I mentioned it. Drain was slow in bathroom.  Not trying to be overly critical- good location, common areas new and functional.  Room was otherwise fine- bed comfortable.  All of the demerits below are related to the smell and staff response.

Nice common areas, smelly room

Fantastic experience- very clean, great food, and excellent service! The area is fantastic and very safe- with restaurants walking distance, Costanera Center about 10 mins walking, and public transportation as well.

Best Area and best hotel to stay in Santiago!

I recommend the hotel for a stay for any need !A wonderful place, a new and comfortable hotel with very kind and responsive staff. The breakfast is of excellent quality and abundant. The coffee is served a little slowly, and basically it should be done the moment you sit down at the table. Of course, if you have time, this will not is a problem!

My family just spent a week at the hotel and loved it. Beautifully designed, very comfortable, extremely helpful staff, and the perfect location--very close to the metro, great restaurants, and lovely walks! 

Beautiful Hotel in the hear of Las Condes

This hotel exceeded expectations on many levels.  A visually beautiful property inside and out. Room was lovely and very comfortable.  Staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived. On-site amenities are lovely and very inviting, including the roof-top pool,  the rear patio, the varied gathering spaces on the ground floor and the dining/bar areas. This property is in the heart of the modern Las Condes area, making it a real gem.

The Best Hotel in Santiago

So glad I stayed here. A very safe neighborhood with an abundance of restaurants within walking distance. The big mall was only a 20 minute walk. Room was comfy! Front desk staff very helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Great hotel!

Upon arrival late night arrival, the staff was very accommodating.  Sebastian and Jonathan were the ones working the night shift for the two nights I stayed and were very pleasant to have a conversation with.  All the staff I encountered were lovely and seemed very happy to work there but were also very much down to earth type people.

We had a 27 hour layover in Santiago and decided we wanted to use that time to catch some sleep and explore the downtown.  Our traveling companions regular patrons of Hyatt hotels and suggested we stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Condes with them.  The location of the hotel was good for us.  We found plenty to see and do.  The reception staff were efficient and helpful during our late checkin.  The rooms were very modern, styling and in excellant condition.  Breakfast buffet was fresh with many choices.  We all were satisfied with our choices of breakfast option.

Stopover in downtown Santiago

The hotel was immaculate and the staff especially Christopher went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Even the cleaning staff was great. Do not miss the food in the restaurant. It was delicious.

Perfect Stay

Really good location, with lots of great restaurants within 5 min walk, in a very safe neighborhood.  Rooms do not have great views but guest services were superior.  Great choice of fruits for breakfast.

THis was a surprise. The staff were amazing the breakfast unbelievable and the the location ideal. will stay again when I return. evrythng was well maintained and easy to  access. the internet and television allowed me to direct stream which was amazing. Great place

wonderful location, staff and experinece

We stayed, all too briefly, at the end of a holiday travelling up and down the length of Chile.  The hotel staff were amazing, both in welcome, service and attention pitched just perfectly for our stay.  I can also recommend the amandine restaurant, we liked it so much after lunch, we just stayed for dinner!

Great hotel in a great location. Enjoyed the roof top pool. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was promptly cleaned every day. Front desk helped with reservations and bar staff super friendly.

Very convenient located hotel, nice and quite rooms. Used gym every morning, is not big, but everything is present. Also nice roof terras with swimming pool. Ordered room service twice, was the ok en reasonably priced. I liked the breakfast a lot and have a lot of healthier options. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

This was our first extended stay at the Hyatt Centric.  I give it high marks for a fantastically convenient location close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are ample and well designed.  The restaurant in the hotel is first rate  The staff is absolutely wonderful

A Discovery

I stayed for a week at Hyatt Centric for business. The hotel provides excellent customer service. The staff was very accommodating in my business meetings. I requested an early check in and had access to my room before noon. They allowed a late check out without charge at 2 pm. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a convenient location in Las Condes, a very nice and safe area. I highly recommend this hotel. 

Excellent hotel

Arrived in the hotel at 11.15PM and to my surprise there was no room service, I was informed it is available until 11PM (not as informed in the website). Restaurant of the hotel was closed and all restaurants around too. So if you will arrive late in Santiago, book another hotel, unless you don´t mind going to bed starving after a long flight.

The rooftop bar is closed. The pool is freezing cold. They are not too welcomed, many new employees' kind of lost all the time. They told me that we had breakfast included and then they want to charge us $18 pp per breakfast. They took out the breakfast fee but 3 people passed by the table before that, that make you felt so uncomfortable. After that, they came one more time to told me that if next day I want to have breakfast I will have to pay for it. 

The food at the restaurant is awesome. The best part of the hotel. 

Average experience.

The trip was part of an anniversary trip. The room we received was nice but it was hard to communicate with anyone to check in or to get food at the hotel as only 2 people spoke some English. It isn't very central but close to the business district and a mall if you enjoy that. It is about a half hour walk to San Cristobal.

Santiago Exploration

Stayed here for a business trip, but this was a very nice hotel in a great location close to really good shops and restaurants. Rooms were nice with great service and the restaurants were really popular. Breakfast was also very good. I will be back for sure.

THE PLACE TO STAY IN CENTRAL SANTIAGO

As titled, the hotel is very modern and clean, with all conveniences, Breakfast and dining selections were very good; The staff was helpful and friendly whether at front desk, the dining staff, the concierge or the cleaning staff.

This is a nice hotel for professionals located in a nice, safe, walk-able neighborhood in Chile.  It is very close to a nice large mall with a skyscraper that has a neat view on the 60th floor. The area is very clean as well.

This was a terrific hotel. It was centrally located in the las condes district with up-to-date rooms, very good and reasonably priced food and drinks, and great service. it was all that i was looking for.

The hotel was conveniently located near to the conference hotel. There were shops and restaurants nearby. I found the staff was friendly and welcoming. I mainly had breakfast at the hotel and everything was top notch. I highly recommend staying her.

Competitive prices, excellent and affordable restaurant, very friendly and dedicated staff. Just two blocks from the Metro, with a huge variety of restaurants walking distance. Extremely comfortable and good looking rooms

Excellent food at the hotel restaurant and very friendly staff. Minor drawback - no desk in the room - if you are bringing a laptop you can ask for a desk to be brough to you - but then your room gets a bit cramped...

Great hotel in central Santiago

Overall good stay. 

Upon check-in I was not received as a member. I did not get the room type I asked for (King sized bed vs two queen beds. It was fixed the following day. The restaurant menu is very limited and the operations hours - for the only restaurant in the premises - is limited. 24 room service is not 24 hours. 

The Hotel in conveniently located  to businesses, shipping malls, metro stations a fine restaurants.  II have been staying at Hyatt Centric, and will stay here again. This visit was not as great as the previous ones. It made me miss the good days of the Grand Hyatt Santiago.

Hyatt Centric Santiago

Very helpful staff, clean rooms and essential amenities on the property with the pool and gym on the 17th floor. Great location in downtown Santiago. I frequently visit the city and always make sure to stay here. 

I witnessed a rat in the lobby and while screaming in panic, the waiters in the bar ignored me. If I had not reported the incident to the manager 2 days later, I wouldn't have heard any type of apology.

Very nice hotel with big modern rooms on the great location. The food was also excellent.

Outstanding service

Stayed 4 nights, the hotel felt new, quiet room, slept 10 hours one night, views of Costanera, roof top gym and pool, great restaurant at floor level and a Castana bakery across the street for those necessities like a quick coffee or a pastry. 

Great location.

Fitness equipment and pool are available, even under Phase 1 lockdown status.
It is awesome to run on treadmill at open-air rooftop. 
Surprisingly the bar has Hendrick's Gin. I could enjoy the best Dry Martini  in Chile.

Good for health, even under COVID-19 outbreak

Managing during a crisis - was stranded in Chile during the Virus outbreak and had to stay several more days to get a flight back out of the country - we transferred hotels after the fifth day due to poor service and poor advice and a series of incidents from the door not closing properly to room service error.
.
While South America functions on a different sense of service response time this was beyond normal - losing our oder and asking after hour what happened. Waiting for 15 minutes to get menu and having to  get up to prompt service.

In general the Hyatt brand is my preferred hotel- and  have traveled the world with them - this was 
a particular difficult times and service was not what I would expect on the microeconomic level in terms of customer service.

Slow service and poor advice!

The service at the Hyatt Centric Las Condes was outstanding. Each of the staff members went out of the way to help considering I could not speak the local language.  The facility itself was very well maintained, and kept impeccably.  Lastly with the unprecedented situation that we were faced with, the staff were very flexible and helpful in closing things out.

Great Hotel, Roms are just great and at the rooftop you get such a great city view, the pool is also great, location is perfect if you would like to go arround the city downtown.

The employees did anything they could to help. They were very friendly and professional. The welcome table with juice,water and sparkling wine was a nice touch.The food  was very good and service was very good.

Service received well below Hyatt standard with no compensation offered for non-working air conditioning, no bed sheet, slow restaurant service, no hand sanitizer. Generally, not what is expected of the Hyatt chain

Disappointing Hyatt experience

Great experience overall.  Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santiago.  Wonderfully warm and helpful front desk and support staff.   Great restaurant with attentive staff, delicious dishes, and wonderful ambiance for a long business dinner - ask to be seated out on the open air area.  

Great overall experience, warm and helpful

Located in the beautiful Las Condes region of Santiago, every amenity one could want is available at the hotel or in short walking distances.  The El Golf metro stop is less than a block away allowing one to explore the entire city with ease.  The front desk anticipates your needs including arrangement of taxi shuttles to the airport and other excursions,  The rooms are clean and modern with wonderful bathrooms.  The hotel bar and restaurant is also lovely.  You will not regret staying at this establishment.

Very nice city Hotel

I am a New Yorker who has traveled all over the world.  The Hyatt Centric in Santiago was clean, modern and provided outstanding service.  The bathroom was very modern and large.  The staff are multi-lingual, however, it helps to speak some Spanish.

Very positive experience

Beautiful facilities and gracious service! Extremely attentive front desk and concierge accommodated several special request. Restaurant was very good. Don’t forget to take a dip in the rooftop pool overlooking Los Condes and greater Santiago. 

Top notch in every way

I had a very pleasant stay but the staff made it better..they were so attentive and  friendly made me feel like I knew them for years. The room was great too and the area is very nice and safe for walks to restaurants and bars!

Great stay amazing staff

Perfect arrival/check in.   Staff is extremely attentive to you needs and goes beyond the norm to ensure your comfort.    Smiles abound throughout the staff at it is apparent they are enjoying interacting with the guests.

Excellent Staff!   Best I have every seen

The staff and service in this hotel is top notch. Not only was everyone very accommodating, but almost everyone on staff spoke English well. This was a huge plus for someone like me with rusty Spanish. 

The concierge team is easily the best I've ever encountered. I have traveled the world over and I can't remember ever receiving such spot-on advice and meaningful help with the enjoyment of my trip experience. Constance and Loredana went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay in Chile. They helped book all of my out of town excursions and offered good info on tourist attractions and food in Santiago itself. 

As for the property itself, the rooms here are spacious and immaculate. I believe the hotel is only a few years old.
The Hyatt is conveniently located (in a clean and safe neighborhood) next to a metro station, pharmacy, bank, convenience store, Starbucks and a few restaurants and pubs. The lobby bar turns out good cocktails. And the rooftop pool is a nice place to spend some time on a hot day with views of the city and surrounding mountains. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when returning to Santiago.

Exceptional!

I travel a lot because of work, so I really appreciate being in a place that makes me feel like home, know my name, care about me. Food is also great there and I love trying their dishes and special coverts. Thanks to all staff 

I feel home

The Hyatt Centric is a fairly new hotel, staffed with young and energetic people.  They went out of their way to see to our comfort and they never once dropped the ball.  The check-in and out was flawless.  The restaurant beautifully appointed.  Delicious food that was plentiful.  The location in Las Condes was perfect, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.  I couldn’t have been more pleased.

A beautiful hotel andstaff

Relaxing, good food, comfortable bed. Would have expected a small spa and heated pool for this grade of hotel. 

Sitting room a bit noisy with tour guides holding meetings and giving advice in loud voice. Was expected to tip at breakfast, which I felt was unnecessary.  


Romantic break with husband

This is a beautiful and well-located hotel.  We enjoyed the hotel bar every evening and the talented and affable bartenders craft top notch cocktails. What stands out the most are front desk staff members Neyra and Karina.  They went above and beyond to answer our questions about city attractions, making excellent suggestions and following through on several bookings with tours and transportation. When one leg of our flight was cancelled and we were having difficulty changing the appointment for the airport transport we booked ourselves, we called the called hotel and Karina immediately took ownership and let us know she would reach the driver and would call us back to confirm.  Neyra's warm welcome and explanation of the property reflected a positive and service-oriented attitude.  It's easy to get just about anywhere in the city from this excellent hotel. A bank ATM is across the street.  We used radio taxis and Uber - cheap and easy. This is a beautiful city and the people of Santiago seem genuinely welcoming, but no place more than this Hyatt Centric.

Went above and beyond

Very new and central, best hotel I've ever stayed in in Santiago (most hotels in Santiago are old and tired and in need of a refresh). Service is top notch and of international standard (rare for South America). Concierge help to chase up lost luggage from airline, I was very appreciative.

Better hotels in Santiago

View, locale, trained friendly staff, new situated in the beautiful city of Santiago.  What more could one ask? Oh, the buffet breakfast was top rate! Skip Starbucks and savor their coffee.  No hassle arrangements for trip to airport.

Excellent hotel beautiful design and rooms, great restaurant. The pool is really nice, on the roof, but it’s a bit small so be aware. The neighborhood is fabulous, lots of good dining nearby and right on the 1 line 

One of the best

High praises for the smooth, professional and friendly staff and service at the Hyatt Centric and the terriffic location near the metro, good food and parks. I was visiting on business for 6 nights and the hotel concierge, Loredana, made it easy to plan transportation for meetings (reasonable rates) and excursions, and had great recommendations for dining. One night when I was working late in my room, she brought me tea bags and a pot for boiling water. There are greeters who help check you in and are available at the front door each day to help you with whatever you need. Receptionists, restaurant staff and housekeeping were great. The food for breakfast and and drinks/appetizers were also very good. Thanks to everyone there!  The rooms could use some more drawers for clothes.

Stellar service, great location & accommodations

I lived 3 blocks from the hotel from 11/2013-07/2017 and know the area well. The employees make a huge difference in my enjoyment of staying in Santiago. Loredana front desk, Hector and Jonathan late night front desk, Francesca and Eugenia stood out as being exceptionally warm. I was treated as a special and frequent guest even though 12 months had passed.Facilities are quite nice (Hotel opened May 2018), excellent safe location.Dinner is improving in the restaurant and features a new expanded menu. I would suggest a business center since so many of the guests arrive for business trips. Much better value for the money than the aging Ritz Carlton next door and the deteriorating W. I would highly recommend this hotel because the staff is so exceptional and made my experience feel like a home away from home. I very much enjoyed the roof top pool area.

Dec 2019 visit

Stayed here on a recent business trip. Hotel staff are extremely helpful. Restaurant is far better than expected for a hotel restaurant. Rooms are well furnished and very quiet with room darkening shades and comfortable beds.

Excellent hotel in heart of Santiago

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff, ambiance and location are awesome! This experience makes me want to visit Chile again! The front desk, concierge and restaurant staff were so attentive, professional and courteous constantly.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Have stayed twice. Staff were professional, yet friendly. They made me a special tea blend each morning without being prompted. Stylish, clean and comfortable rooms. Well positioned in Las Condes with access to shops, restaurants and central business area. I’d go back and would definitely recommend staying. 

Hyatt Centric - stylish and warm.

The hotel is nice, but the staff make it great.  Formal enough, but still very friendly.  The food quality for both the buffet breakfast and the lunch/dinner is very good.

My one minor complaint is that the mattresses are extremely hard, so avoid this hotel if that’s an issue for you.

Top notch

We stayed in Hyatt Centric Las Condes Santiago in the third week of October when violent protests were going on in Santiago (not in the Las Condes area).  The staff had to spend the night at the hotel due to transportation limitations.  They did a superb job. Everything was excellent.

Excellent staff

Hotel was good but a bit below the expected standard, mostly in relation to issues with plumbing and shower. No good working space in the room. Concierge efficient. 
Could not figure out how to turn off the light under the bed when getting out of the bed at night.

Excellent stay in Las Condes, the Hyatt Centric is a vey modern hotel, well appointed and very comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a real treat. Service is efficient and staff is very friendly and acommodating. Delicious food at the restaurant. The hotel is located in Las Condes, an upscale area, lots of restaurants and entertainment around. Excellent stay!

Excellent stay in Santiago

Excellent hotel in a convenient location.  Very good service from the staff.  Restaurant is also quite good.  Rooms are well done.  Only issue is the fitness area which is small and usually crowded in the mornings.

Great hotel , awesome staff, this is my home from home in Santiago , it’s my 1st choice to stay. It’s a great location and great rooms. Food is #1 and everyone from bellhop to chef was friendly. I will not stay anywhere else 

Great stay in Santiago

Very nice location and excellent quality of property. Wonderful tranquil rooms, excellent roof deck with pool and bar/lounge area. Great breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and attentive. Easy walk to good restaurants and shops.

First class rooms and service in a business and stylish environment. Personnel is extremely kind and helpful. In addition, the lobby bar in a nice place for informal meetings, ideal for a relaxing drink at the end of the day. Surely I will come back

Excellent hotel in Las Condes Santiago

The Hyatt is new and very nice but the real asset is the staff. The staff members provided excellent service from opening the door until I checked out. I have stayed at many different hotels and this Hyatt has the best customer service I experienced.  I highly recommend them!
