The hotel staff is wonderful and truly went above and beyond our expectations. They are kind and courteous. The location of this hotel is absolutely its biggest draw. Right in the center of Ginza shopping district. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ginza.

Great location. Excellent facilities and well designed room. Breakfast was great. Most of all, the staff were super friendly and eager to please.

The location was fantastic and the hotel was very nice. Every person working there was very kind, helpful, and a pleasure! We enjoyed our stay!

This is a perfect Tokyo hotel choice. It’s located on a quiet street but close to everything in Ginza. We enjoyed our room very much. It was modern and stylish. Great friendly staffing at this hotel.

Exelent location and service. We went with family was all good. The breakfast for children is expensive, but all the staff was exelent

The staff were outstanding - so kind and helpful at every stage. The hotel itself was well looked after and very clean. The breakfast was also incredibly varied and delicious.

A centrally-located luxurious boutique hotel with lots of incredible staff. The food at breakfast is wonderful and the bar/lounge is also exceptional. If you need a great location and want to feel taken care of - this is the property.

Love staying here at Ginza Tokyo. Very professional staff, good quality of food, high hygienic conditions . Staff was very professionally

Good location and nice room. We really enjoy the stay. Walkable distance to shopping area and lot of good food nearby. Will definitely back again!

The location is excellent for touring and shopping, especially if you want to explore the Ginza area. The breakfast was also very good and one of the highlights of my stay. However, compared with other hotels in the area, I found the price to be quite expensive and not the most reasonable option. Overall, if you are planning to stay and travel around Ginza, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and good breakfast.
