The staff! Everyone I interacted with was very kind and respectful. The variety at breakfast was what one would expect at a 4- or 5-star hotel—very much in the style of European hotels.
Excellent hotel for the business executive it almost brand new hotel well situated in the business district brand new technology all around a fantastic first world experience
Amazing hotel!! The staff is so helpful there. Food is excellent as always. The hotel is always so clean and nice everytime I go. Additionally, the location cannot be any better as it's located close to any and everything. This is the ONLY place I stay in Santo Domingo when I'm there!
This hotel is really beautiful and clean. Check in was smooth and staff very pleasant. The room and bed were very comfortable. We travelled with our young kids, 5 and 3 years old, and it was perfect for us. We had a car and parking was easy and included.
Very nice hotel in great area with parking and pool amenities. Great for business or family trips. The hotel staff was great and very accommodating ensuring a pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed here for business on 3 occasions now and it’s become my go to option. Excellent service, amenities that exceed expectations and a great rooftop lounge. Very close to shopping centers, malls, restaurants.

No complaints. Would visit again. Staff was great. Only issue was that they were strick with allowing staff to bring outside food in the rooftop. As a group if 4 families we were forced to eat in our rooms or the parking garage.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are happy to know you found our staff great and that you would choose to stay with us again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our outside food restrictions at the rooftop lounge. Like many hotels, we maintain this policy for health, hygiene, and venue safety guidelines. That being said, we are truly sorry that your group felt forced to utilize the parking garage or your rooms to eat. Our team is always available to assist in finding better, more comfortable solutions or alternative spaces for large groups when needed. Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we look forward to providing you and your families with a much better experience on your next visit. Sincerely,
Very good hotel experience. The problem is the acceso to the lobby is very confusing and needs more signs. Hotel rooms are nice, but needs a table to work. AON restaurant needs variety of food and the staff of the restaurant do not provide good service. The breakfast included in the price of the room is very good, one of the best I have tried. I recommend to stay at this hotel, the location is great, restaurants and shopping malls at a walking distance

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and for recommending our hotel! We are thrilled to hear that you had a very good overall experience, enjoyed our great location near local shopping and dining, and loved our breakfast—knowing it is one of the best you have ever tried is a huge compliment to our culinary team. We also sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback, as it helps us elevate our guest experience. We have taken note of your comments regarding the lobby access and the need for clearer signage, as well as the addition of working tables in the rooms. Furthermore, we regret that the menu variety and service at the AON restaurant did not live up to our usual high standards. Please rest assured that we are sharing your comments with our Food & Beverage management team to address staff training and review our menu options. Thank you again for your honesty and your recommendation. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future to show you our improvements! Warm regards,
