Reduction of Plastic
Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo is supporting the reduction of our plastic footprint and is preparing to reduce the usage of specific plastic items.
Luggage Storage Policy
Before Arrival
We will accept luggage, including those sent by courier, from two days before your check-in date.
After Departure
We will accept luggage storage after check-out only if you have a reservation within 30 days from the check-out date. Luggage storage after check-out is limited to one item per registered guest.

Disposable Guest Amenities
As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.
Bottled Water
To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
