Cancellations made 1 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the prepaid amount. Different cancellation policy may apply during Events Period. Please always refer to the rate details.​                                

Cancellations, date changes, or no-shows on the day of check-in are non-refundable. ​​

The prices in our hotel restaurant are all calculated in New Taiwan Dollar (TWD), and an additional 10% service charge will be applied. If customers bring their own alcoholic beverages, there will be a corkage fee: NT $1,000 per bottle for wine and spirits.  e.g. 

• Sanitization of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant 
• Frequent cleaning of air filters

• To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.   
• In accordance with the Taipei City Government’s plastic reduction policy, and effective July 22, 2025, all hotels in Taipei will discontinue the provision of single-use plastic toiletries and amenities. This includes items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, comb, and shower cap, among other disposable products. This policy will be implemented in both guest rooms and recreational facilities.
• Guests are encouraged to take advantage of nearby public transport options. The hotel is within walking distance of Metro Taipei and several bus stops.
