Title: Breathtaking Views and Hospitality That Feels Like Friendship! What an amazing stay! The room was absolutely stunning, and the breathtaking views alone are reason enough for me to return. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff! Janalyn was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She fit right in with our friend group, and it honestly felt like we’d known her for years! Juan was just as wonderful, helping us get around and making sure we knew where to go and how to get back. The entire staff made our stay feel so personal and genuine. It’s rare to walk into a hotel and feel like you’ve been welcomed by friends you didn’t even know you had. Such a refreshing experience! I would absolutely stay here again!
Really nice property located in a great area for relaxation and taking in the natural surroundings. The room was top notch, amenities were excellent and staff was terrific. Definitely recommend this hotel for an upscale experience and comfort. Fall color viewing was our objective and it was right outside our window in full display.
Great service, pool, rooms, location! The front desk was very helpful and everything was great. Loved the fireplaces.
Excellent service, quiet location, very clean accommodations and exceptional check-in experience and great location near to activities!
Awesome location at the top of the Canyons resort. Spacious rooms with great balconies. The hot tub was perfect and the on-site restaurant was very convenient. The staff were wonderful as well. We had a great weekend.
Check in was a breeze. Excellent service! The staff are very warm and inviting. The pool was perfect. Would visit again.
great hotel. ski rental and gondola right there. ski in and out. great service. gym, pool, hot tub, all ammenities. breakfast, bar and restaurant are excellent. 30 min ride from airport.
Best ski-in ski-out place on the mountain. Great staff, pools, and restaurant. And location is perfect to walk about everywhere I needed.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric Park City for a short ski trip. The location is good and convenient to the mountain, but the property itself feels dated and in need of updating. The real issue was how a middle-of-the-night emergency was handled. Fire strobes and alarms went off in my room due to a burst pipe. The in-room phone didn’t work, the front desk would not answer calls, and I had to run downstairs not knowing what was happening. Staff was dismissive and offered no apology or solution. I sat in the lobby for two hours and couldn’t get back to sleep, which ruined my final ski day. I understand that maintenance issues happen. Poor communication and lack of concern for guests is what earns this stay one star.
The Hyatt Centric is located in an amazing adjacency to the Sunrise gondola at Park City, literally steps away. The rooms are clean and relatively modern with all of the needed amenities including coffee maker, make up mirror, robes, mini fridge, toiletries and balcony. The hotel offers a valet service for ski equipment, which was a nice touch. The gym was great and the pool and hot tub looked very welcoming (although we didn't use). The lobby was cozy and warm with hot chocolate and infused water offered throughout the day. The restaurant needs some work though. Prices were way too high for what you got, including the breakfast buffet at $46 per person. The dinner menu seemed limited and not really family friendly. The gift shop could really use some love and attention too. I wanted to buy gifts but the selection was lack luster. Also, my son, who is constantly starving - had a difficult time finding good snacks.
