The Hyatt Centic Times Square saved the day when The Millennium Hotel (across from the Hyatt) canceled my reservation 3 days prior to our booked date for a reservation I had made10 months ago because the credit card I had booked with had gotten compromised and so the credit card number changed. The Millennium Hotel notified me via email while I was on a cruise ship in the middle of the Atlantic, the email had the name of the employee in the by-line not the hotel name, no phone call or email asking for a different credit card. This could have been a nightmare of New York vacation with no place to stay and pouring down rain but the excellent staff at the Hyatt Centic went above and beyond for senior citizens that weren't even Hyatt members (at that time). They were FABULOUS!!! Hyatt Centic A+++++, The Millennium Hotel F !!!!!

The hotel is located in a walking distance to all key attractions in NY mainly Times Square and the rooms are modern and overall service is great . This is my 2nd stay in 3xmonths and will come again for sure

This was a perfect hotel for a weekend in NYC. Everything we wanted (great restaurants, theatres, Times Square) were in walking distance. Hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful
