Guests staying at Hyatt Centric Times Square New York can receive packages during their stay.  

The first two small packages (less than 30” x 10”) are complimentary; three or more are charged at $10 per package. 

Larger packages (greater than 30” x 10”) are all charged at $20 per package. 

Prices include receiving, storage, and delivery to the room. Prices are exclusive of tax and will be posted to your guest room upon request.

Please note that pets are not permitted at Hyatt Centric Times Square. Please get in touch with the hotel directly for more details.

If you need additional accommodation, please speak with our Front Desk to arrange for a rollaway bed to be placed in your room. Rollaway beds are subject to a daily fee of $50 (plus taxes and fees). Please note only certain King-bedded rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed. For more information, please email timessquare@hyatt.com.

Valet parking is available for a nightly rate of $95 (plus tax) for sedans and $105 (plus tax) for SUVs. These fees are also applicable for every entry/retrieval of your vehicle. Please note the garage has a height restriction of 6 feet 5 inches.

Guests are required to show a valid photo ID at check-in. Please note an additional USD 100.00 security deposit is authorized per night and due upon arrival for all reservations. Any unused amount from this authorization will be released and returned to your credit card within 10 business days after check-out, subject to the card’s issuing bank’s policies. The minimum age for check-in is 18.

Hyatt Centric Times Square is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violations will incur a cleaning fee of $250 (or up to $500 for suites) per occurrence.
