Package Handling

Guests staying at Hyatt Centric Times Square New York can receive packages during their stay.

The first two small packages (less than 30” x 10”) are complimentary; three or more are charged at $10 per package.

Larger packages (greater than 30” x 10”) are all charged at $20 per package.

Prices include receiving, storage, and delivery to the room. Prices are exclusive of tax and will be posted to your guest room upon request.

Pet Policy

Please note that pets are not permitted at Hyatt Centric Times Square. Please get in touch with the hotel directly for more details.

Rollaway Bed

If you need additional accommodation, please speak with our Front Desk to arrange for a rollaway bed to be placed in your room. Rollaway beds are subject to a daily fee of $50 (plus taxes and fees). Parking

Valet parking is available for a nightly rate of $95 (plus tax) for sedans and $105 (plus tax) for SUVs. These fees are also applicable for every entry/retrieval of your vehicle. Please note the garage has a height restriction of 6 feet 5 inches.
