Pet Policies

Before You Book:

• Only dog(s) are allowed to accompany you to the facilities, no other animals are admitted
• Only dog(s) weighing 20kg and under are permitted
• A maximum of two dogs can be accommodated per room per stay
• A valid photocopy of a written rabies vaccination certificate is required, proving that the dog has been vaccinated against rabies for more than two weeks and less than one year. A copy of the dog's license and immunity certificate is also required.
• An additional deposit of RMB800 is required for each stay in pet-friendly rooms, and the room will be inspected for damage before the guest leaves, and the deposit will be refunded if there is no damage
• The dog must have undergone minimum training not to cause problems or inconveniences to the other guests. The dog does not bark endlessly, jump at other people, or damage items and equipment inside the facility
• Pet cleaning fee is included in this room type

During Your Stay:

• Please do not leave your pet alone in the room
• Do not use the guest room bathroom to bathe your pet
• Do not leave your pet in the room when the room is being cleaned
• Pet owners are responsible for any damage to the hotel's assets or property
• Pets are limited to guest rooms and pet-friendly areas. When transporting your pets outside of your room, they must be kept on a leash for the health, safety and benefit of all other hotel guests
• Please note that pets are not allowed in the gym and swimming pool, except for service animals.
• Please refrain from trimming or brushing your pet.s hair other than indoor feet washing area. Any fallen hair or other items that resulted from such acts must be cleaned up afterwards
• When walking your pet, pay attention to traffic around the hotel. You are responsible for scooping up the feces and disposing of it in the waste bin
