Whistleblowing Policy

Feuring is committed to promoting a culture of legality and encouraging ethical conduct aimed at creating an honest and transparent work environment.
Potential whistleblowers are encouraged to report alleged violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, of which they have become aware in the work context, as provided for by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, to which reference is made.

The internal whistleblowing channel set up by the Company does not allow the submission of complaints and/or requests for information from consumers, and the related platform is accessible only to employees, collaborators, and suppliers.

All reports received through the internal reporting channel will be subject to thorough analysis and a corresponding response by an external, independent entity with specifically trained and competent personnel.

The adopted internal reporting channel ensures the confidentiality of personal data and the identity of the whistleblower, the person involved, as well as the content of the reports and related documentation, subject to any legal obligations.

All members of the Company are prohibited from taking retaliatory or discriminatory actions against the whistleblower due to the report submitted.

Feuring will impose disciplinary sanctions and/or other measures against those who, with intent or gross negligence, make reports with the aim of damaging the reputation of the reported parties.

ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) has activated an external reporting channel, which the whistleblower may use only under the conditions described in Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023. Access to the external reporting channel is available on ANAC’s official website.
