We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I travel a lot and the staff here stood out as extremely warm and helpful throughout the stay. There is a vibe throughout the staffing that makes you feel welcome. Other than that, love the rooftop pool and convenience to everything you need locally.

Hyatt centric is in excellent location, very close to public transport and within easy reach to the bay area, many restaurants, cafes and shops, making it very convenient exploring the area. All the staff, from reception to the breakfast team and housekeeping, were polite, friendly and willing to help. A special mention goes to Marina at reception, who was extremely helpful. As a family, we found the double bed room a little too small for our needs, we asked if an upgrade was possible, Marina kindly arranged for us to move to a suite, which made a huge difference to our comfort and stay. Thank your entire team for making our family stay such lovely experience. We would happily recommend this hotel and look to staying here again!

Location was very good. Customer service 10 out of 10, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast very good. very clean. we would stay again bit not in the dark rooms with no view.

We visited in August for a family holiday and we couldn't fault the hotel at all, very clean friendly staff and lovely food and drinks. Rooftop pool very nice and always beds free but you would struggle more after dinnertime. This is in a very busy area but you don't hear the nightlife when back in the hotel, easy to get around to all parts of the island by uber/bolt. The BBQ night for 30euro for all you can eat is worth every penny! we did this on our last night and wish we had done it before. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they restock you with water. would i go back to this hotel, Absolutely. But i just wish it was in a different Area from the party bit.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely and friendly staff, who made us feel at home and personally accompanied us throughout the check-in process. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was truly exceptional. As always, we booked one of the beautiful suites, which never fails to impress us. However, this time the team went above and beyond by beautifully decorating the room for the occasion and surprising us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Such thoughtful and personalised gestures are quite rare these days and genuinely made our stay even more memorable. It is precisely these little touches that make this property deserving of more than five stars. The Club Lounge is excellent, offering a wonderful variety of quality food and drinks in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast also deserves a special mention. It is undoubtedly one of the best we have experienced and can easily compete with, if not surpass , the breakfast offerings of some of the larger hotel chains in Malta. Room service is excellent as well, with great attention to quality and presentation. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Terrace Grill Night, which was a fantastic experience. The team was extremely accommodating when it came to our dietary restrictions, making sure we had suitable options without any hassle whatsoever. Everything was handled professionally and with a genuine willingness to accommodate our needs, which we greatly appreciated. JUMU Restaurant is another highlight, with excellent food and a great overall dining experience. The quality of the dishes, service, and attention to detail make it a restaurant we would happily recommend. This was our fourth stay at this wonderful property, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The consistently high standards, exceptional service, beautiful accommodation, outstanding food, and genuine care shown by the staff are what keep bringing us back. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay. We will definitely be returning, this is certainly not our last visit!

Overall, we enjoyed the Hyatt Centric Malta but I do not think we would pick it again. It is such a beautiful hotel and all the staff were great to us. Our first room was booked with points and the second room was booked with the family plan. I emailed the hotel about this ahead of time and they were very responsive and helpful We were disappointed to learn at check-in that the breakfast is no longer included with Lounge Access. I used 2 lounge access rewards on 2 rooms. The breakfast is now 30 euro per person. If I would have known this I would have probably picked the Regency across the street. The breakfast in the lounge had some nuts, bread pieces and beverages. The cocktail hour in the lounge was good. I did a lot of research comparing the 2 hotel lounge access ahead of time and choose Centric because of the breakfast being included. This change was disappointing but would have been okay if there would have been more options for a continental breakfast in the lounge. The hotel was clean and nice. We enjoyed the spa area and lockers while waiting for our rooms to be ready. The location is a bit far from the things we wanted to do but we easily figured out the bus and Bolt. People were fantastic and kind. There was a bit of a party crowd while we were there. The halls had groups of 20 somethings that were very loud at night coming in from the bars. We heard them but we were so tired every night, we quickly went back to sleep without issue. The views are not amazing. We had 2 rooms. One room faced another buildings windows. The other room faced construction.
