I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Miami while visiting friends and attending to some business. The staff was excellent, the hotel’s location was very convenient, and the second-floor area was a fantastic, comfortable space for both breakfast and getting some work done. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

It's a good hotel, conveniently located near the Brickell shopping area, allowing to walk there easily in the evening for food and drinks Staff are friendly and helpful, a special mention to the bar man at the pool. Excellent service, genuinely interested in having a chat, when he was not busy, but capable of stopping to serve others and then returning Rooms are a decent size, not large, but well laid out. Everything was clean, which in reality is one of the more important aspects for a hotel

Touted as a category 5 within the Hyatt Brand...dont expect great customer service, they might recognize your Hyatt tier level, I am a Globalist and have received much better service at other Hyatt properties! Room was not serviced by Housekeeping during our 2 day stay. No bellman or porters to assis t with luggage if you need it. Valet and other staff members did not speak or understand English, this was stressful! I wouldn't recommend this property.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric Miami! Everything was updated, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was unique, very clean, and comfortable, and I absolutely loved how spacious the bathroom was. But the views were definitely one of my favorite parts! The view from my room and the pool was unbelievable. 🌴🌊😍 Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the Hyatt Centric Miami to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay with amazing views and great customer service! ❤️🙌🏾

The room was gross, dirty stained cloth couch, VOMIT. Bathroom toilet didn't work and I had to remove the back lid and refill the tank manually- breakfast was a wet soggy mess-location was ok- people were blocking the entrance when I arrived and we had to circle several times due to no parking, so that was fun. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again- there are many other options in the area.

Great breakfast and large clean room. Nice location in brickell area, clise to the metromove and miabis. Very nice staff and overall atmosphere.

It was a great experience. We went for my daughter's birthday because she wanted a hotel with a view and a pool on the roof.
