Great Location!!! Friendly Staff!! Room was clean and very spacious!! Our 8 year old loved the pool and he loved that he was able to adopt a pet fish (Cosmo), during our stay.

Hyatt Centric Waikiki is a wonderful hotel! Great location,awesome staff! Big rooms and great sustainability actions! Stayed here for daughters wedding and the staff was so helpful and friendly! Nori bar and Ululani's shave ice downstairs were both so good! Will stay here again and again!

The Hyatt Centric was a wonderful experience. The hotel is close to all of the shopping and restaurants. All of the staff was kind and helpful. Facilities were awesome. Ocean views awesome. They provided boogie boards, umbrellas, towels, chairs for the beach which was wonderful. They upgraded our room for our anniversary! We would definitely recommend them to anyone celebrating a special milestone!

In my opinion, if you’re a Hyatt person, this is a great hotel for the price point. Solo traveler for work. The hotel location is great - in Waikiki close to great restaurants. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, staff is great. Manager Donald is a true pleasure - genuinely cares that hotel is great and guests have a positive experience there. Those who like to reheat food, microwave in lobby. My only wish is a better gym - or maybe partner with another hotel nearby (Hyatt Regency?) to offer use. Ideal for solo or couples. For families with younger kids I prefer the Hyatt Regency a few blocks away.

Very nice hotel, great location in Honolulu. Hotel is attached to a Starbucks and Duke's marketplace was right around the corner, so getting a quick, inexpensive breakfast on our way out each morning was very easy. Room was clean and spacious, and the ocean view room was definitely worth it! Staff were kind, prompt and accommodating. The manager, Linda, helped us get a day room on our last day since our flight didn't leave until 8pm. Her assistance made our travel day much easier with our 6 year old daughter with medical special needs. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great central located hotel. Clean, very friendly, and very spacious rooms. Love that we were able to book a king and queen bedroom while other hotels only offer this option with an upgrade. Very friendly staff from concierge, to bell boy, to front desk. live that our towels were replaced everyday without hesitation or having to ask. Room service was great.

Hyatt Centric was a great hotel located within walking distance to Royal Hawaiian center and Waikīkī beach. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful especially with providing beach towels, chairs and umbrellas if needed. We enjoyed using the microwaves to reheat food and even the splash “pool” area was a fun place to hang out. Everything you need is located within a short walking distance. Theres even a Ross & Starbucks Aulalani shave us next door! We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The service really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. After spending the past two and a half years traveling to the island for work, I can honestly say that my overall experience at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach has been amazing. Amazing is the best way I can describe the feeling I have each time I arrive. From the welcoming atmosphere and the comfort of the hotel to the genuine hospitality of the staff, there is a sense of familiarity that makes each stay feel less like a business trip and more like coming home. The service is amazing. The people are amazing. And most importantly, the feeling they create is amazing.
