Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.

Pet Policies

​• Only one dog weighing up to 10kg is allowed to accompany you to the facilities; no other animals will be admitted. 
• A deposit will be collected upon check-in. In the event of any damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge your account for the cost of such damage. 
• Pet owners are full responsibility for any damage and/or injury caused by their pet during their stay. 
 
During Your Stay: 
• Do not leave your pet alone in the room, or when the room is being cleaned. 
• Do not allow your pet to sleep on the guestroom bed. 
• Do not use the guestroom bathroom to bathe your pet. 
• To avoid disturbing other guests, please minimize noise such as barking and settle your pet by 9.30pm.
• Hotel will provide “Welcome Dog” sign for you. When you are in the room with your pet, kindly hang the outside your door. 
• Please keep your pet in the cage when in the hotel’s public areas. 
• Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or gym. 
• You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the hotel premises and neighborhood. For your convenience, hotel will provide complimentary pet waste bags.
