Wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt Centric. The location was perfect, we were able to walk most places even with very young kids. The customer experience was terrific, helping us with early check-in and connecting rooms. The pool was a plus for our kiddos and the lobby, bar, room remodel was very nice.
Fabulous location , good size room . Great to stay when doing the Chicago Marathon . I would recommend the hotel . I would stay again .
It's a decent hotel. Maybe ask for an upper floor. If you care about the light coming in, you may need to get an upper floor. I got a corner room thinking there would be more light. It was not. Light was blocked by surrounding buildings. I was on the 8thfloor.

The hotel was centrally located and property maintained, just like you would expect from a Hyatt Hotel. Rooms were clean.

Excellent stay traveling with family (two kids under two). Amazing proximity to Northwestern Hospital, literally right there. Highly recommended the rooms/suites with the corner (eg 711). The room had a bath tub, which is a must with little ones.

Location was great, the Atmosphere was great, the rooms were great. The nightly rates were ridiculously HIGH, the noise level was horrible and some of the staff were rude and non caring.

Impeccable location, nice and fresh decor, beautiful room. Compared to the surrounding hotels, it is good value. The room and common area are well designed and kept up. Because it is next to a hospital, there are sporadic noise but not as often as I initially expected. There is also a white noise maker that gives me a very good sleep. Service is prompt and fast. This property recognizes my Hyatt status and special occasions, their special accommodation is very highly appreciated. Thank you Debbie and team, you are amazing!

Make sure that your room in not facing the hospital. You will not get any rest. Sirens were blasting few times per hour throughout entire night. Otherwise, great hotel

Fantastic service; great location (5 minutes to Harry Potter); and great rooms. Quiet hotel and plenty of food options and breakfast and dinner.
