We really enjoyed our trip to Chicago. In town for business and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. Big room, great service, great location. We would definitely stay here again and have no problem recommending this hotel to others.

Jones was so accommodating at check in. He graciously upgraded us to a suite and made our Thanksgiving complete. We were thrilled with the location. It was only one block off the Magnificent Miles. Bonus, there is a Starbucks on site.

Definitely exceeded our expectations! The staff worked so well with our needs and accommodating to our specific needs. Will definitely share my experience with friends and family. This hotel will definitely be my go to next time I visit Chicago.
