Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $25.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Package Handling Policy

We will gladly hold any packages sent to the hotel in your name. You will be charged based on weight of package as follows:

Up to 10 lbs – $5
11-20 lbs – $10
+$10 for every additional 10 lbs

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Check-In Requirements

Guests are required to provide a valid credit card with matching valid photo ID at check-in. Please note a $100 security deposit is charged per night and due upon arrival. This is refundable, pending a successful damage inspection after checkout. The minimum age for check-in is 21.

Credit card authorization forms must be received no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to be considered for payment.

Dog Friendly

While at the hotel, we ask that you and your beloved dog follow our Pet Guidelines to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay:

A $100 USD fee will apply per stay up to six nights. Additional fees may apply for any significant cleaning or damage caused by the pet during your stay.
7-30 nights: An additional $100 Deep Cleaning fee will be applied (for a total of $200)
30+ nights: The charge will be at the hotel’s discretion.
Dogs are allowed in guestrooms on any floor
Dogs are not permitted in the fitness center, pool, or restaurant
All dogs must be housebroken
Please keep your dog on a leash at all times in public spaces
Please clean up after your dog
Out of respect for other guests, we ask that your furry friend settles down by 8:30 p.m. If you are leaving the room, please leave a cell phone number at the front desk in case of an emergency
If a pet is disturbing hotel guests due to barking or crying, Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile has the right to ask that the pet be taken off the property
Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile does not assume any liability for your pet's actions while at the hotel.

Service Animal Pet Policy

Deep cleaning fees will not apply for guests with service animals
Service animals are allowed in all public areas
