I was very taken aback by the state of the bathroom and bed. The bathroom shower was quite dirty and I ended up w/ Athlete's foot; the bed had detritus on top and inside the sheets of an unknown type. I entered the revolving door and ran into the glass and was injured. The front desk people simple smirked at me. The elevators on two occassions stopped suddenly and reversed direction causing myself and two other people to fall. On another occasion the elevator stopped and was motionless for 2 minutes.

Great location in the heart of the city. Walkable to all major tourist attractions. Rooms were a great size with comfortable beds.

Very nice hotel...clean and quiet.....walking distance to other attractions...if you like to walk.....staff not too friendly...seemed snooty. Received complimentary drink but could not use it on anything but alcohol....should consider those that don't drink....maybe a soda or juice.

Room was great, and front desk was nice enough to let us check in early! The Cloud bar upstairs was awesome, but I would suggest making some more budget friendly cocktails on the menu. Not everyone wants to pay $20 for a Martini, other than that It was a whole Vibe <3

Best place to stay in all of Chicago! felt like home and everyone was so nice! The view from the roof was also great! would recommend to everyone!

Cool place. Cool location. Bathroom a bit tight, but shower is heavenly. Would stay there again for sure. Nicer hotel than many online references depict, IMO.

We were upgraded to a nice suite with a daybed and couch living room with a very thick sound-reducing divider between that and the bedroom bathroom area. The room was provided with a nice basket of complementary snacks. The robes and slippers were only provided upon request. The bathroom has no doorway between the bath area in the bedroom. The sheets are thick and absorb. The shower is the same tile floor as the rest of the bathroom with an average showerhead. The restaurant for breakfast has a limited menu. It has rebranded itself as a Mexican restaurant with tacos and tequila so the breakfast options are very limited. It has blasting Mexican music, which is a little rough to wake up to for me.

Parking is tricky due to street traffic congestion. You have to wait and block traffic until another car is moved before you can pull in. Then you have to go inside and check in and come back out with the ticket.
