Destination Fee
Future Changes: Bookings on and beyond January 01, 2026 - A daily destination fee of $21.29 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Minimum Age Requirement
A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room. Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to check in to the Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago. ID must be shown at time of check-in.
Incidental Deposit
We require a valid credit or debit card with chip matching your photo I.D. to check in. In addition, we will require an authorization of $110 per night for our incidental deposit, up to $770 per stay.

The hotel does not have a loading dock or storage space available, please contact the hotel directly for large shipments and delivery instructions. If your shipment is received more than 5 business days prior to your arrival, there will be an additional storage fee of $5.00 per item per day for letters & boxes and $50.00 per skid per day.
Handling fees are as follows for all incoming packages:
- Letters $3.00 / letter
- Packages up to 5lbs $5.00 / box
- Packages 6 lbs. to 20 lbs $10.00 / box
- Packages 21 lbs. to 50 lbs $25.00 / box
- Packages 51 lbs. And over $50.00 / box
- Skid $200.00 / skid** please contact the hotel directly to arrange
The handling fee for all outgoing packages:
- Domestic Less than 10 lb. Box) $10.00
- Domestic Greater than 10lb. Box $20.00
- International (add per box) $10.00 plus Domestic handling fee
All packages must contain a label with the following information:
- Return address
- Name of group/convention
- Name of person who will claim the package
- Date of person’s arrival
- Date meeting is to be held and location in hotel
- Group contact
The hotel is not liable for the safe or timely arrival of packages sent to the hotel by or for any group. The hotel accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
The hotel will not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.) shipments. Please note that storage is extremely limited. Upon arrival, please contact the front desk team to claim your package.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome to stay with us, 1 or 2 dogs per room with a total weight up to 50 lbs. We charge a $100 pet fee per stay up to 6 nights, and additional $100 for stays of 7+ days.
Cashless Policy
Cash is not accepted at the hotel as a method of payment. We only accept valid credit/debit card with chip matching state-issued I.D.
