Breakfast service staff and reception staff could do a better job with their communication. Breakfast staffs forgot my coffee and omelet conservative two days. Learn to say sorry when mistakes are made

Not too good

Loved my recent stay at Hyatt, Bangalore. Food was excellent - want to mention some of the team members Nehya, Bikram, Rakesh, Aaron who were excellent in taking care of our needs. 
Location is fantastic, most of the shoppings places are within 10-15 min away

Great location, awesome food!

Hyatt Centric MG Road Hotel located at approx. 30 minutes to ITC Centre, where I stayed during a business trip in Bangalore. The food served with good quality and is delicious. There is a small mall in walking distance about 5 minutes. Some good restaurants surrounding the hotel, but price is above average.

7 days in Bangaluru

Felt at peace and rested while staying here, have a nice selection to eat from and polite staff. Had plenty of water, air conditioning, breeze, nature. Thank you very much for the stay would recommend to anyone 

Was well looked after

It was a good stay and very comfortable stay , hotel staff was very humble and polite ….location is great , with great facility like swimming pool and gym. Good option available for food with multiple choice 

Happy to share feedback

The location is superb just next to LIDO Mall and TAJ.
Hotel is very clean. Room was a little small but it was fine for me as I was single. 
Breakfast was excellent and had covered almost everything. The Tomato Rava Bath was the most delicious dish I had. Ms. Nehya, Mr. Priyojit and Mr. Rakesh at the breakfast looked after me really well.

Excellent Stay

Excellent experience and attention. Perfect for business and very well located.
The staff was really kind in all my stage process. I recommend if also for the very good location near a Mall, restaurants and easy access. 

Excellent hotel near business locations

This was the second time we stayed at this property - and we will do so again in the future. The team at the Hyatt is wonderful. The location is convenient for our business needs. The property is in great shape with a lovely breakfast area, next to the pool. We made use of the business centre and the staff were extremely helpful. And did I mention the team are wonderful. So helpful, kind, and pleasant.

Great location and fabulous staff

Quality Hotel with the right staff and good food and great location!! Highly recommend the hotel for both Business Trips and Family vacation. Spa treatment was superb and the Gym was very clean and Hygenic.

Home away from Home!!!

Stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect around City centre and staff is courteous. However, had better rooms with other hotels at this price. The breakfast is decent but has limited options. All amenities are good but the check-in and check-out process can be improved

Good location and service but small and dark rooms

If you had stayed at oberoi hotel next door you would know the difference. Taj hotel is also very close. They are better any day than being strictly business property here. No smiles , just stiff faces at the front office here. Acts as if you got a favor to stay here. I wish not to come back

Dated hotel, poor service. Hyatt website mis sells this property with Renovated rooms, but the staff told me it was last renovated 6 years ago. The rooms look tired, dated. Feel cheated by Hyatt. How a brand like Hyatt even own such a property. When I told the front desk staff about the description on the website, I was told we let the Sales team know. Apalling.

Terribly Disappointed

Rooms and breakfast at the Hyatt Centric are fantastic, we especially love the shower and design of the bathrooms. Vansh at the front desk and Arun at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return! 

Excellent stay

The hotel located in the prime area of Bangalore and good for the business trip. The breakfast buffet is okey for few days but not for long stay. The menu keeps on repeat. The room service also average. The front office and house keepings were excellent service.

Good for Business Trip

I have been staying at this property for a couple of weeks and I’m very impressed by the hospitality of the staff. With time, they have learnt my FNB preferences and always keep my morning coffee ready at breakfast. The restaurant interiors too are very lively and the plants bring life to the place. If you’re looking for a place to stay near MG road, I highly recommend Hyatt Centric!

Vibrant youthful interiors with super helpful staff!

Stayed for 5 days for a business trip.  The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Great loction -  There are many dining options nearby within a short walk.  My favor in room dining options -chicken biryani and rajon ghosh.  Will be back again.

A wonderful business stay

Everything from check-in to breakfast to gym to housekeeping to checkout.  Amazing staff and extremely friendly.  Special shoutout to Inder during breakfast!!!  Thanks for having my coffee ready and getting my table ready!

Outstanding Staff and Hospitality

The rooms and the bathrooms are small , but everything else was a pleasure. The staff and food was excellent. They are very courteous and friendly.

Overall good experience. Very clean and maintained hotel. Breakfast was also good with lot of variety Indian, continental, live counters etc. The hotel is at the center so if u need to travel different location within bangalore it will be good.

Nice hotel at the centre of bangalore

The Hotel is nested away in the end of MG Road near Unity Building, very open and relaxed environment, the Restaurant and Breakfast area is open to the sky, the breakfast has a large spread and the overall experience is absolutely great.

A Very Impressive Stay

I would recommend this hotel although the room tariff is a bit high (considering the room size). Breakfast was excellent and very caring! Staff are cordial and very helpful. Security was unnecessarily tight (compared with other hotels). All in all, very good stay! 

Enjoyed our stay!

Great location, Decent Hotel,  Helpful staff, Good hygiene. Breakfast is sumptuous and well served in a great setting, 
overlooking the pool. The rooms are bit smaller and breakfast on Sunday was a tad disappointing,  may be due to extra crowd. Overall, a good hotel.

A Nice Hotel , centrally located.

Rooms are clean and staff is awesome. However, the taxi service is horrible. Taxi were most of the time late or not shown. Need to call the lobby several times to get an update and the they were not really responsive. Room prices were almost 3 time higher than the Mercure Hôtel for the same date. Be careful, room size are not that big but everything is there.

Staff is had a very callus attitude and seemed to be truly unprofessional. I will never ever organize my event in the hotel. I thought a brand like hyatt will have never ever faced such a bad operational issues

Extremely bad

Hyatt Centric Bangalore has always been business friendly hotel be it be its staff or proximity to business hub within the city. Apart from size of the room I love every aspect of my stay at Hyatt. You will always find courteous staff and wonder breakfast spread with live counters. 

Excellent stay at the heart of Garden city

Room service was bad. Didn’t have a iPhone charger. I was without phone for a day. Needed Vitamin C but didn’t have . It was net net not a good experience. Staff is friendly though. Chef Nayla and Arun 1 were very good. They catered to my needs 

It was ok properly

This five-star hotel is the best choice for business people. There is nothing unnecessary in the hotel that could distract attention but in a room there is all one needs to work and concentrate on projects: a desk, sun, sofa and a round table for discussions. The staff is incredibly helpful. The hotel is situated next to Lido Mall that offers a big supermarket.  I had an enjoyable and  impressive stay at Hyatt Centric in Bangalore.    

A Gem for Business Travelers

This is my 2nd stay in the hotel in the past 2 years.  I love how secluded the hotel feels in a city like Bangalore.  We stayed in the suite so had access to the private garden which was fabulous.  The amenities are very well taken care of.  As always the staff are helpful.  

The location is quite good, there are places that can be walked to easily from the hotel.

Happy to choose Hyatt MG as a short vacation with family for sometime away from home. 

F&B team with all Chefs , serves mouth watering food. Thanks Vichit(I hope m using right name)
House keeping , front office & other team Hyatt are really good host, with smile all around & prompt to your need or requirements. They feel pleased to serve & cater at there best. 
Just meet Amit while check in , he will make your stay smooth n hassle free , he works professionally but keeping guest at there comfort level to make them feel happy always. 

 


A wonderful stay within city & a home away from home !!!!!

Room sizes are very small, and the most disturbing part is DJ music which was loud and clear at late night too. . People stays in hotel will not be able to sleep during night time.. DJ was at 4th floor and stay was at 10th floor still couldn't sleep.

Everything was way above our expectation. Though the stay was short we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Room for three occupants was Big, bathroom was very good. Overall service was exceptional.The best hotel experience in recent time.

Hyatt Bengaluru was exceptional in customer care and satisfaction. Room was clean. Nice gym and pool. Very helpful staff in all departments. As Hyatt World member I have stayed in Hyatts around the world and Hyatt Bengaluru was quite nice too.

Amazing

Easily the most spaced out staff and tiniest rooms on MG road.  Not worth the cost, avoid this place. They do not provide basic amenities and essentials, half the tv channels don’t work and the breakfast service was abysmal.  Never staying here again.

The overall experience was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this to my dear ones and will consider this for my future trips. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good and there was a variety of food options.

Nice and Comfortable stay

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of lighting in the room with bedside switches for ease of control. Clean bathroom and shower head with exceptional pressure. Room charge does not include pricey breakfast.

Basically a three star budget hotel, positioned as a five star hotel. The FNB was in line with the Hyatt standards. However, the rooms, FO and HK staff did not live up to the Hyatt standards. Looking at the rooms and overall experience, this property is definitely not up to Hyatt standards.

Great hotel. I had a 90 minute massage from Gineesh in the spa.  It was the best massage I have ever had! Highly recommended, ask for Gineesh, it is well worth it.

Good breakfast and good Indian food in the restaurant.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful, modern hotel. Nice bathroom, good pool. Excellent view. Great value - excellent breakfast. Perfect for a vacation with friends or family. Good central location and helpful staff 

Excellent stay - highly recommend!

It was a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore. I loved how clean it was. Although the room was smaller than the other hotels we have stayed in Bangalore, it was definitely worth it. Hot water was really hot (which was excellent for winter), the hair dryer was readily available, iron and ironing board in the room were useful in preparing for my meetings etc. 

The room was cosy, free from any cigarette smell (just as we had requested it to be) and there was no mould smell as well (after the pandemic). 

Breakfast was also amazing!

All the staff from reception till the end of the stay were very friendly and accommodating. 

Great stay

Really great experience and nice stay in HYATT, hospitality of their staff nice and their food very good. Booking experience to appreciated because of the addon features like checkout time extension etc. 

Wonder full stay and nice experience in HYATT

A good place to stay, hotel is neat and clean, food is delicious and crew does know what hospitality is. We met with the team, had some training sessions and relaxed on the terrace. Service in the restaurant was excellent.

Comfortable hotel to meet up with the full team

Ok hotel, but not expected as a five star. Low variations of breakfast for a European, not any real business area where you can work from, need to stay in room or in pool area. small rooms. 
Hotel did not send a transfer for pick up from airport even if I ordered and got confirmation.

Business trip

From entering the hotel to leaving I have to echo the other reviews that I read about the Hyatt Centric- their staff are extremely polite and try and accommodate any reasonable request and the front desk (manned by Neena) is a delight to deal with. 
The rooms as suggested are on the smaller side but clean and perfectly adequate for work purposes. The Bengaluru Brassiere is a little oasis right in the middle of the city (though service can be slow) the waiting staff are attentive, pleasant and make up for the delay in service. 
The front desk and support staff are extremely helpful even with issues like internet access. I would recommend the stay. 

Compact but convenient and excellent customer service

it is not a hyatt class property. the room is not a 5 star class. at the price point several good optins ara available so choosing this would be a rterrible decision. the bathroom basis had marks the quality of the stuff in the room is cheap.

Rooms are very small in size. Other hotels are providing spacious rooms under same traffic. Children felt trapped in small room.
The carpet of the lobby is worn out and faded. This is not expected from a 5 star hotel.

I was received by the hotel staff in the most courteous manner.The stay was comfortable and the food was good.Arun 1 y took care to see that we had a good breakfast and coffee.hope to come over and enjoy the hospitality in future 

Cosy stay

I have stayed here a couple of time and love the location and overall quality of the hotel. You are in the dead center of the city and do not feel it once inside the gates. The breakfast area with swimming pool is very beautiful and feels like a resort in exotic location.

Favorite Hotel in all of Bangalore

room size is equal to bathroom size of normal hotel
they asked for payment for dinner even before i eat , even when room rent was fully paid and they also keep on disturb for payment even requesting them that will pay in check out

Hotel is centrally located to meet all your needs whether it has to do with Food, Shopping or sight seeing. Walkable distance to catch a Metro if you decide to explore different parts of the city. 


Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore

Had a great stay at the hotel and the service received from the hotel is excellent. The food was really good and love the dining especially dinner. The room is a bit small but overall had an excellent stay

Excellent service

I would not recommend the Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore for business travel or if you are traveling alone. Though the location was good and the hotel generally in decent condition the biggest issue was that the hotel is using it's space for external community events and has the lowest level of security I have seen traveling in India. It was completely impossible to sleep in the hotel on Saturday nights they host a "club" on the outdoor terrace of level 4 open to the public. The music was so loud I could not sleep on level 8 and colleagues on level 6 found it unbearable. Combine that with the fact random men were wandering the halls on multiple levels and using the elevators to get off on floors where guests were staying was scary. Even though I flagged the sound to the hotel and the security issue to the hotel they didn't seem very concerned and there was no change in the volume of the club. Would not recommend.

Not acceptable for business travel

Wish to stay here every time I visit Bangalore. It’s a nice and safe place. You can choose this place without any doubt. So, pack your bag and get ready for your trip with a staying in this place. Don’t forget to taste their Masala Chai and the Cuppachino.

An awesome and cozy place to hangout

The price I paid for the hotel make is not worth looking at for the next visit , rooms are smallish , rest is ok, except that the price I paid should have got me a better room and hotel . Mg Road has several options.

Average hotel quite expensive

This is our first hyatt stay in India and we loved it .Right from check in to check out it was absolutely breezy. Room was clean and the location of the hotel was in the heart of city .Breakfast was Awesome and head chef Mr.Gaurav Ramakrishnan took spl care of us and made sure we get the best food throughout the four days.Overall we loved staying there and appreciate their unbelievable hospitality. 

Unbelievable Hospitality!

The stay at Hyatt was one of the best I have had thanks to every member of staff from the front desk, dining to housekeeping who have been more than kind and have gone out of their way to make me feel at home. 
I would like to make a special mention for Ross (front desk), Arun 1 (Dining) and Dhanjit Boro (housekeeping). Ross has gone above and beyond to ensure that I have a pleasant stay. From welcome, to the check-in process, to my stay etc. were well supervised by Ross. Any concerns I raised were dealt with swift action. He also had the room upgraded for my 5 day stay and was extremely responsive to any requests made. The care he took to pay attention to the minutest of details is noteworthy. Ross is definitely an asset to Team Hyatt and for what Hyatt stands for which is hospitality at its best! Would also like to mention about Sameer who I was coordinating with over email before checking in, he assuaged any concerns I raised prior to check-in which had me look forward to the stay. Also, Arunima, who is really sweet and ensured a hassle-free check-in. 
Arun1 from dining is the sweetest member of dining staff. He was very receptive to requests I made and would know exactly what to serve without any prompting. He would make sure to check-in with me regularly so that I am comfortable and also full to the brim. 😃 On the day of check-out, Arun1 made special arrangement for a delectable dessert as way of saying goodbye. This was indeed sweet and I was quite touched by gesture. Would also like to mention Rahul and Indrajit who took good care of the guests.  
Dhanjit from the housekeeping team is now a friend. He knows me very well as it was my third stay at Hyatt Centric. He is well aware of my preferences and would make arrangements accordingly. He would check in with me frequently to ensure that I am comfortable and left no stones unturned to make my stay a pleasant one. A special mention to Sitikantha, also from housekeeping, who would leave cute towel folding and handwritten notes in my room which invariably left a smile on my face. 
Overall my stay as Hyatt (as always) was lovely all thanks to the staff who are extremely hospitable and attentive to their guest’s needs. Hyatt Centric for me now feels like being home away from home! 
Once again, THANK YOU, for the amazing hospitality! Look forward to coming back soon! 


Amazing staycation!!

Very bad experience with the services . Very slow at the restaurants. Reception did not answer the phone. Room service took a long time . Room is too small. The Oktoberfest was a disappointment. Beer choice was not good. 

Bangalore sept oct

Our maiden stay at a Hyatt hotel was one of the best experiences that we have had in the last few years. The extremely warm team made sure that every aspect of our stay was thought through and took out of way efforts to ensure that it was nothing less than a perfect stay. Sai from the F&B team made sure that the meals served to us for a six day visit was perfect and just what we needed after a long day at work. A team is as good as it’s leader and I must thank & congratulate the entire Hyatt Centric team for the terrific team they actually are. Thank you again

It’s a different hotel.

dont ever stay in this hotel they will loot all of your money with false bills we are billed for what we have not eaten for and the restaurent staff were pathetic and not helpful and it was a worst stay in my life

Hayatt Centric Bangalore is one of Best hotel to stay with family as I find it very safe. The staff is  friendly and helpful.  Very clean rooms as well bathrooms, good room service.  Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed my stay

Nice cosy hotel with a location few metres from metro station. Close to Ulsoor lake also. Nice breakfast deck near the swimming pool on 4th floor. Popular party place it seemed considering youth visiting the hotel in the evening. 

Perfect location for a comfortable stay

Breakfast does need lots of improvements right from quality of the food, some staff are extremely responsive but overall pulled down by those that arent. Needs more attention of senior staff in the operations.

Needs improvement

Great location, helpful staff . The rooms are clean and breakfast options are very good. All at a very reasonable price . The hote has good connectivity and care is take to clean rooms throughly during the period of pandemic 

Convenient location, great service

Good stay, rooms were clean but very weirdly small rooms, didnt expect that out of hyatt. Not that the rooms were cheaper than the others in a large manner too...but otherwise a good hotel. good staff. great for a quick in and out. 

Great location, surprisingly small rooms

The stay was satisfactory and many a times I didn't have to call the staff for the basic amenities. It was all there in the room. Be it the iron or the luggage rack or the basic hygiene products. It was worth it and will be recommending it to my friends.

Good stay

Easy 10/10 Property

Highly Recommended, definitely value for money and in a central great location. Good food and pleasant staff. Great Spa with qualified masseuse and decent Gym and clean pool. Rooms are well designed and clean / disinfected.

Value for Money

It was our very first experience at Bangalore and nevertheless to say that it was just an awesome and mind blowing experience in respect of all aspects. Being foodie, I really admire the Mutton Kasha which really made my evening. Few names must be mentioned Richa, Arun, Soumen, Bhala, Meena, Neel and Neena and all. Thanks a ton guys n see u soon!!

Awesome stay with a great vibe

Fond memory with Hyatt Fanily

Hyatt centric is a nice hotel located close to mg road. The staff is efficient and service is great. Location is a huge advantage and their pricing is not too expensive. Given their location and limited number of rooms, you run the risk of the hotel being sold out if not booked in advance 

Nice efficiently managed property which is centrally located on mg road

The hotel is located at the heart of the city which makes its an ideal and convenient option. The rooms are welcoming and refreshing. The dining options are decent as well should you wish to avoid the heavy Bengaluru traffic.

Great ambience, great food, great location , check in check out process was very smooth... Price slightly on higer side but I guess most hotels in Bangalore are...Only drawback room sizes very small , staff was very prompt

I had requested for an early check-in. The staff members were very cooperative and understanding.  They responded to my needs responsibly and quickly.  The rooms were very clean and the breakfast experience was pretty good.

A great hotel for a female doing business in Bangalore.Very safe and courteous staff. The hotel is in the a good location and it was great to see the staff taking Covid seriously, being so thorough in their disinfection of rooms, mask wearing etc.

Good hotel in the middle of the city; Clean rooms and bathrooms; No mini-bar for midnight cravings; typical wait time for in-room service 25 mins. hassle free check in and check out. Perfect for simple business travelers.

Carrying staff at hyatt for happy memories in 1st time travel at banglore city. The room is very beautiful and is comfortable. Nice gym. Very happy to share the feedback for Hyatt centric hotel MG Road 



HaPpY at Stay

The room was not as clean as you would expect of a 5 star hotel (stained towels, dusty furniture, shower full with scale). The service in the restaurant was very slow and there would be times you are completely ignored. Waited for a bottle of water for 25 min for example. On Saturday they give a huge party for young adult which results in massive groups of drunk people in the hotel the whole night, dirty elevators full of empty cups and alcohol on the floors, loud music which I could feel the base on the 8th floor. Seriously the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. 

No 5 star hotel in my opinion!

Its a nice, cute studio type rooms with gorgeous interiors, friendly staff and good food. The location is on MG road. The breakfast restaurant is on 4th floor with nice open deck, good to enjoy Bangalore weather

Great ambience with good vibes only

Overall the stay was amazing. The room service was very slow and rooms are not sound proof. You can listen people having fun in the Next Room which I din’t like. Neena at the Check-In Desk was really helpful and amazing at her Job

Not worth the price payed. It was like a good 3 star hotel i would say. The room provided was very small . The overall experience did not feel like other hyatt's in other cities. Definitely not a five star experience.

HYATT CENTRIC Bangalore MG Road experience

This is a 4 star hotel that likely meets most expectations. It does not have anything exceptional or special. The decor and furnishings in common areas are basic. That said, it appears to be in a safe and convenient location. The rooms are basic. The food quality and choices are very basic. Don’t expect anything outstanding here. The staff was helpful and service good.

A hotel that meets expectations

The room was extremely small and non-ulsoor view. The price that I had to pay was 2.5 times of what I had to pay for my team member earlier for a longer stay. Unjustified to charge such steep pricing for that size of a room and amenities. If charging that much - facilities should enhance. Very very very disappointed. Saving grace was the quality of the food. Room service staff on day 1 (I was there for 14) was pathetic - I was in my towel and he literally forced me to go down to the reception to give my card or pay him cash at the moment.

Had a great time

No proper communication between central team & hotel front desk team. Very poor in room dining service.
They forget placed orders. So much irresponsible staff. Spoiling brand image. Not gonna recommend to any one  

Waste of money.

The hotel provides a central location and a good choice for business trips. Rooms were clean and service quality is as expected. The food can be slightly improved but its decent. Staff is helpful and responds to the needs.

Small rooms, everything has to be asked even basics, breakfast menu is very limited, specially if you want to eat healthy you better arrange it on your own. Staff says No to everything till we raised it to the manager

Not worth a 5 star property

I had a horrible check in experience. Bathroom was dirty. One cannot call your clients to this hotel since it does not have proper reception. Zero value for money and this hotel is not even a 3 star rated hotel. I  I will not recommend this hotel to anyone who want to stay in good hotel.

Pathetic Experience

Location is perfect. Food is perfect. Housekeeping is perfect. In house dining and all other facilities are perfect. At par with any other 5-star hotel. However, the reception staff made my stay miserable. Unprofessional, rude, callous, snobbish and doesn't give a hoot about anyone's time.

Nobody asks whether you want and smoking or non smoking room. Imagine a non smoker in a smoking room. Food orders take a ton of time. Don't order filter coffee it's served cold. Apart from these rest is great

If any one needs bad experience then you should stay in Hyatt Bangalore. if you book thru any travel sites be more careful. The staffs are not trained and when any issues are faced by guest mangers hide and make the front end staff to face it. They will say that that standard rooms are not available and book you for view room but will not say which view, i have been informed room was city view where there was no greenery nor skyline.

Worst experience at Hyatt Bangalore

After a quick checkin I found the room impeccably clean and cosy. Room temperature control was perfect and bathroom user friendly.
Had quiet sleep on a comfortable bed.
Breakfast was the best part, staff such as Alam, remembered my choices. Choice of food was wide and appropriate. Food was tasty, during dinner as well.
Beat part was on last day after breakfast, Monica served me a brownie cake with see you soon letter which was quite nice.

A nice stay at a friendly and efficient property

Centrally located and functional hotel. Ideal for short stays for business travellers. Breakfast spread and taste is good. In room dining needs much improvement for the price they charge. Proximity to restaurants and pubs on MG road an added advantage 

Hyatt centric Bangalore review

Avoid Hyatt MG Road.... the Service needs to be far better based on their own Hyatt standards .... basics Like TV not working Internet Not working Raw Fruits Empty Mini Bars etc. even when you ask for basic things it takes a long time 

My Most horrible Hyatt Experience

Complementry beer's part of the room...never arrived after multiple calls. requested for Ice and it never arrived. Infact the bar had no ice.Chexk out was much longer than expected.Even the sheets were a bit dirty....there were chalk like marks to hide dull brown spots.

Poor room service

Housekeeping team even doesn’t pick up calls. Getting services after 3 hrs not expected by any customer after multiple reminders at reception. You need to improve your turn around time to your customers for room service.

Worst Experience

My room wasn't ready till 3.30pm even after completing online checkin and receiving an email at 2.20pm that the room is ready. Staff were unhelpful to find a solution. Room size is extremely small. This is not what you expect from Hyatt.

Terrible checkin process and unhelpful staff

Excellent staff and facilities. very helpful and warm people. Breakfast was wholesome, while dinnner menu was very limited. Taste was good , not excellent though. Very nice ambience by the pool side .
