The Hyatt Centric Bangalore MG Road is fantastic. The facilities are modern, the staff is kind and attentive, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are very confortable and have everything you need. Breakfast is great and exceeded my expectations. The restaurant personel was very careful of my needs and provided a very high level of service. One of my best hotel experiences in India!

Thank you for a lovely stay! The entire team was so welcoming and polite, making sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived until breakfast. The room was perfectly clean, bright, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Breakfast Experience and Exceptional Service at Hyatt Centric Bangalore We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Centric Bangalore. The breakfast was really good, with a great spread, and what truly made it special was the amazing service from the team. A special mention to Trishna — her lovely smile genuinely made our mornings brighter. Mawi made sure every day that everything we needed was readily available and perfectly taken care of. Muskan was also very helpful and ensured we had a pleasant breakfast experience every day. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Aniket at the front desk, who provided excellent service and made the process easy. Overall, the hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail from the team made our stay memorable. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely love to visit again!

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Hyatt Centric for making our experience so comfortable and special. ❤️ A special mention to Aiysha from the Front Desk and Guest Relations for being so warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. At the restaurant, Trishna and Varshita, the hostesses, were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Their kindness truly stood out. A huge thank you to the entire chef and kitchen team, who went the extra mile to understand and take care of my gluten allergy. From being mindful of cross-contamination to ensuring that I had safe food, the level of care and attention was truly appreciated.kudos to chef Puri and his team It is not easy to find a hotel team that takes dietary restrictions so seriously, but the Hyatt Centric team made me feel safe, heard, and well looked after. Thank you to everyone involved. Your kindness and hospitality made a real difference. ❤️ Highly appreciate the entire team!

Great experience at Hyatt Centric. Chef Anjum, Trishna and Mawi made our stay very comfortable. Great hospitality, and would love to visit again.

Scenic, peaceful view. Great location, centrally located. Staff is very cooperative. Metro station is just at a walking distance.

Fabulous staff and very clean property. Great food and ambience. Our only issue was the room size being too small and lack of space to keep and open our suitcases. Since we were traveling from US, we had large suitcases but no space to open them. We wish Hyatt made some arrangements for storing and opening large suitcases (especially since the room size is small) which is a very common requirement for International travelers.

While the room was clean and the staff at the restaurant were brilliant , the attitude and behavior of the front office was questionable leaving a bad taste . Despite booking a rate with breakfast via the App , was told prior to check in that breakfast was not included . At the time of check in at the hotel the manager on duty apologised and offered a dinner on the house as a gesture and apology . Which i declined. The manager offered instead a discount of 25 % . At the time of check there was another person offered nothing .Making me wonder what I had done wrong .

Much better than expected Hyatt was wonderful stay experience with my friends had a wonderful stay. Thank you hyatt management team
