Staff members are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice but the toilet have very bad unpleasant smell. No water pipe in the toilet causing the cleaning process by the cleaner not that affective. But please dont blame the cleaner. 

An honest review

Great location, room and service. Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Good selection for breakfast and the teh tarik was surprisingly yummy. We were also able to see Mt KK from the dining area so that was an added bonus!


Great stay!

Decided to check out this hotel as have tried brands like Marriot and Le Meridien there, and the verdict is, Hyatt Centric shall be my hotel of choice from now on.  Not only because of its team of staff with impeccable service and professionalism, but the facilities as well as its location.  Near to everything but without the congestion feel.  

One of the best hotels around with the friendliest of staff

Is a great experienced with the best service and really comfortable hotel to check in. the 22nd & 23 floor is a great view for dining, the staff provide great service & the manager all of friendly. Value for check in, location is convenient。

Everything is walking distance within a few kilometer radius from this property. Food, island jetty, mall. You name it. The room are spacious. Huge bed. Breakfast was excellent. Would totally be back in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay in Hyatt Centric . Staff are polite and helpful and maintain good standard . Thank you to all the staff  . I love having coffee and entertaining my friends in your cafe . Valet parking is so helpful 

Holiday in KK

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and designed with comfort in mind. Despite it is located in a city centre, it is remarkably quiet, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. While enjoying dinner at the 23 Sky Bar you can see the sunsets and undoubtedly it was mesmerizing. The interior design is a harmonious blend of modern elegance and warmth, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Beautiful Sunset at 23 Sky Bar

This was our first time staying at the Hyatt Centric - we had previously stayed at the Shangri La Resorts but wanted for a change to try this new hotel. I think the room met our expectations and superseded the expectations of the kids. It was clean, spacious and the room aroma was one that was very pleasant as well. The location of the swimming pool on the top floor with the view of Mt. Kinabalu on one end and the sea on the other was breathtaking. The quality of the pool was superb too with a slight saltiness in the water but the water was crystal clear albeit a little cold even in the afternoons.

Staff are engaging especially at the F&B outlets. I do wish there were more choice on the menu for lunch and dinner and that room service was not 24 hours. All in all, a very pleasant experience and definitely recommended for anyone who is looking to stay at a decent hotel in Kota Kinabalu.

A great new hotel at a superb location

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious and very clean the swimming pool stunning the roof top bar luxurious wonderful views and I have never had such a good breakfast as in this hotel - a real treat

Best hotel we have stayed in

Excellent service and room cleanliness. Location nearby shopping mall, hence easy to get food and other necessities.
Room and bed are clean and comfy. Security also not much issues. Breakfast was excellent and food were tasty and delicious.



Excellent

Stayed at Hyatt Centric before and after our hike to Mt Kinabalu and it was the perfect option for us - very comfortable and clean rooms and helpful staff. We left our bags here whilst we hiked the mountain and they were delivered to our room when we checked back in. Hotel is right near Jalan Gaya which has good food options and rooms are extremely functional and comfortable. Would stay again. 

Perfect stay

Nice location next to suria and sunset view from restaurant bar and pool. Even though breakfast less varieties but all are delicious. During lunch or dinner food are great test . You can enjoy your dinner with sunset view. 

Great location and delicious breakfast and ala carte

Excellent location, near to malls and jetty to the islands.  Walkable to the actions and restaurants in the city.  My whole family loved the design and cleanliness of the rooms.  Will definitely come back!

Chic and top-notch hotel

The room was sparkling clean and the design is superb. I like the concept of open and close wash room space, and the bed is so comfy. The small dining table is really convenient and a bonus to us because we can dine in the room. Its just that the trash bin is a bit small. Overall it was a good stay. 

Excellent stay

Simply love the vibe and design of the hotel, with natural plants all around hotel, very appealing to business and leisure travellers. Hotel location is good, walking distance to area with F&B, night and morning markets, bars cafés! Happy hour at the ON23 bar is awesome, though a little pricey (even more than many luxury hotels in KL!)

Hotel with awesome vibe in Kota Kinabalu!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric and it exceeded all expectations. Impeccable service, spotless rooms, and a prime location. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The amenities were top-notch. I can't wait to return!

A Perfect Stay at Hyatt Centric!

Overall staying very good, but please improved check in and check out process. Also please consider late check out timing between 1pm to 2pm. Breakfast quite good but more to korean and japanese style. 


Best hotel in Kota Kinabalu

Really nice facilities, really clean and put together. They provided a lot of amenities. The staff was friendly and catering too. I will definitely come back to Hyatt Centric for my next stay. I recommend to others as well. 

Holiday stay

Excellent hotel in KK. While on the pricier end of what's available in town, it's definitely worth it. The room was very spacious and immaculate. Very comfortable stay. Great pool/bar area on the top of the hotel from which you can see Gaya Island and Mt Kinabalu. Hotel is also walking distance from lots of sights like the Sunday Market and Jesselton Pier.

Great hotel in KK

Good location, surronding by Cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping mall, Just  within 2KM. Hyatt Centric will be my first choice to stay if I coming back to KK. The hotel bar at 23rd floor is very cozy at night, and get to see nice sun set. Love the bar so much.

Location

Great new hotel, with a spectacular pool, in a great location right near the Gaya St Night Food Market and the Gaya St Sunday Market. Also very close to Jesselton pier which is the way to get to the nearby islands for tours and snorkelling. Highly recommend. 

Brand new, beautiful hotel with spectacular pool

amazing location near to mall and jesselton jetty to island, room cleanliness interior design of the room, friendly staff and house keeping, nice breakfast, spacious room, marvelous scenery from rooftop and i think HCKK one of the perfect hotel to stay.



Pearl of KK

Stayed for a short weekend getaway (2Nights) at Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu. First time staying in the "Centric" brand for Hyatt. Took the Suite Delight package (direct via Hyatt) - stayed in Suite 2113 (top floor, overlooking the sea). The room is huge, comes with a living room, powder room, walk in closet with direct access to the bathroom. The balcony for this room is very long indeed comes with a sunbed. The best room to enjoy sunset from! You can't go any higher than this floor as right above is the Breakfast lounge at ON22, next up is the Swimming Pool, Bar and Gym. 

Room experience was great, nothing was short! 

Breakfast experience was good with a great view of the sea and the forest. Take a pick at which view you want on each day of your stay. They do come table-to-table to serve ad-hoc breakfast items like canapes and Teh Tarik. 

Wanna thank the following team members at Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu for making my stay a memorable one. Yusuf, Shirley, Haiqal (Breakfast Lounge) and Anna for the lovely handwritten note upon arrival. 

The only thing this hotel is missing would be a Sauna and a Steam room + Executive Lounge. Otherwise, this would have been the perfect 5-Star Hotel in Kota Kinabalu. 

Possibly the best and newest hotel in Kota Kinabalu!

I am a frequent traveller to Sabah but this hotel rate is way too expensive in Sabah KK compare neighbouring hotels which provide as good quality services to the guests.  I decided to check out early and stay at other hotel. 

Not worth the value in Sabah

A Welcome surprise at the edge of Kota Kinabalu City. The new Hotel is conveniently located across Suria Sabah, one of the major shopping centres in KK as well as Jesselton Point. Plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance too! My 2 friends and I stayed in the King Suite and I doubt we will be able to feel the same level of comfort within the price point anywhere else in KK. 

Fresh and Contemporary

The room is clean, the food is good, the staff there are very friendly and helpful. 

Highly recommend the curry cauliflower and garlic shrimp pasta. 

Must check out the bar as well. Besides the bad is so good, you can also get the bartender to customised a cocktail out of your name.

Staffs were helpful and generous with smile. Room were great and i'm really enjoy with various types of tea and also with special coffee. However, wish to have free complimentary from room snack section.

Overall

The room are clean and sufficient personal care product provided with good quality. The swimming pool is small but the view is fantastic. Their breakfast variety is very good and the taste is above average with good scenery view at breakfast area.

Excellent Stay Experience

Hyatt Centric is strategically located within a near distance of many food eateries, shops/shopping malls and tourist attractions. As we booked the King Sea View Suite, the room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and has a breathtaking view of the seafront. Not to mention that the staff were attentive and courteous - making our stay even more enjoyable! I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu for an unforgettable stay and will definitely choose this Hotel again!

Excellent Stay

Would recommend everyone to stay at this Hyatt Centric, perfect location at town area with great service team. Easily access to shopping malls and eateries just across the street. Rooftop was a good area for sunset view.

Besides the beauty of the location and the hotel itself, the staff at the Hyatt Centric go well beyond expectations every single day. Everyone from the management team to the front-line staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating. 

Amazing!

Top floor had great pool and bar, second top floor had great dining and breakfast, the view from pool was spectacular especially watching the sunset. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern.

Top class

I've stayed in a few hotels in Kota Kinabalu, and in my opinion Hyatt Centric is one of the best. Most basic rooms in town have no balcony, but this one has - and that alone is a major plus point for me. Mattress is firm and plush, while shower and toilet are separated and individually spacious. Swimming pool has an excellent view of South China Sea (unfortunately I was not able to use it due to heavy rain). Breakfast was good. There is also a cafe at the lobby.

Another plus point is its location - The hotel is just across two of the major malls in KK where you can find restaurants, coffee, cinema, duty free items etc. Banks are walking distance. Jetty for you to go island hopping are also just a short walk away. On weekends, you can also walk to a night market nearby. Despite being in the center of everything, there are still ample waiting area for you to load/ unload your luggage without causing any traffic. It feels like this hotel has put a lot of thinking for the convenience of its guests.

I would definitely return to this hotel.



Excellent Hotel!

The hotel is brand new and everything works like it should for a business class hotel. I had a high floor room with a view to the sea which was very nice. Ample space in the room and bathroom, and with all the expected amenities. There's even a balcony although I didn't really used much of that space. At breakfast, there was a surprise gesture from one of the floor staff offering individually cooked hot meal from the kitchen, which was a nice gesture even if I had to decline it as there is already an incredible amount of breakfast spread at buffet counters.

Room was clean & comfortable.Hotel staff was courteous, helpful, flexible on their SOP. Breakfast was great & request made was fulfilled. Check-in & check-out process was fast & efficient. Happens to stay at room facing sea, very nice sea view

Great Stay at Hyatt Kota Kinabalu

room is clean and have a nice view, staffs are nice and polite; Breakfast is nice, many choice and taste good. Swimming pool is on the top floor, the view is beautiful,the pool is clean, if you have time, please go to enjoy it.The location of it also very good and convenient, you can walk to Jalan Gaya with in 5 mins and there is a big shopping mall near by.

The amazing view of sunset also Mount Kinabalu on the other side. The food & drinks are wonderful. Also buy 1 free 1 promotion during Happy Hour for Inhouse guest is an plus!! I doubt nothing with this property and my parents had great experience during the stayed. We will definitely return to your property again!

Unforgettable 2 night experience!!

Check in process is too slow, as we know check in time at 3pm. Our guest arrived at the hotel around 3pm but the rooms that we booked haven't been cleaned yet and guests have to wait for such a long time until 5.31pm. 

I want to encourage you to improve your customer service as I don’t want our next guest to ruin his or her vacation staying here. After hearing from one of my friends I had a positive impression of your hotel but it’s totally ruined now. I can only assume how disastrous it can get in the case of others. I just expect that this problem will be solved prior to my customer's next stay.  

I would like to request that you take action to improve your staff’s professionalism and cleanliness. Additionally, I would like you to take steps to improve the wait time for customers, as it was extremely long.

Last but not least, we hope our guests do not have to experience the same problem as before. We look forward to cooperating with your company for a longer time in future.

Hyatt Centric Stay

We stayed a night here for our honeymoon, right after the wedding.

Warm and welcoming customer service, great attention to detail by the staff, clean, comfortable and minimalistic rooms, great wide selection to the breakfast spread. We couldn't have asked for more!

Highly recommended to stay! We especially loved the room facing Mount Kinabalu on the 20th floor.

Beautiful Short Honeymoon Stay

convenient location, with good eating places within walking distance, and shops around. Big shopping mall Suria Sabah is just opposite the hotel. On Gaya Street, which is only 5 min walking from hotel, has their weekend market there.

Spend there for 1 night. Great room, clean and nice bathroom. The hotel also close to the shopping mall like suria sabah and jeselton mall. The place also surounded many food shop and sunday tamu in gaya street

Great Hotel

Hyatt Centric is by far the best accommodation I've stayed in. From room to facilities and ambiance. The entire Sabah architecture concept for Hyatt Centric is absolute amazing. Staffs from various department are all very friendly and helpful. Location near to Suria Mall and Jesselton Jetty is a bonus. 

Feels like home

Nice room, great staff hospitality! Stay at the hotel for two nights. I would say the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is strategically located near the shopping mall which make it very convenient for my stay.

As the hotel is fairly new, the rooms and facilities are still very well good.  Comfortable beddings and pillows.  There are two malls just a short walk away from the hotel, so very convenient.  Breakfast selection not that many, but good enough.  Would stay again.

Good location, nice modern hotel

Located at the city Centre(perfect location),The hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities 
The rooftop barf of hotel was amazing .The breakfast food was great but lack variety if you are staying for a long period of time. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple, families: and business. 

The best Hotel in KK so far.

The queue to check-in counter was too long by the time I arrived. Anyhow, it didn’t bother me and I just waited. Just when my turn came and I expected to be served, they decided to close the counter and I had to re-queue on another check-in counter. 

I would appreciate very much if the front desk staff attending the counter could simply offer apologies and courtesy to inform me if she had completed her shift and her colleague from another counter would serve me later. Unfortunately, this was not observed and she simply walked out without any words of regret or apology. Hence, I conclude the hotel is not keen to elevate and serve their guest well.

Poor guest experience

Good services, friendly staff. Room clean and spacious. Worth staying with varieties and tasty food, had chance to taste breakfast, lunch and tea. philipino market within walking distance and Suria mall just acroos the street.

Overall services

Love this hotel architecture, can appreciate the eco fort spent on highlighting sabah essence with a little bit of Japanese twist. The swimming pool design is so artistically done and the view for sunset is just incredible. Service is great as well they provide free valet parking for guest.

A stylish space in the heart of the city

Worth staying in this 5-star hotel! Super clean nice hotel/rooms! A hotel with its style and nice deco in every corner!  It was a  Wonderful stay for a group of 8 of us. Eateries and shopping malls are within walking distance. Within city area and easily get grab from one point to the other. 

It was an excellent stay for us. Everything was so perfect and worth staying. Good choice from breakfast corner too.

Well attentive staff went out all the way to make our trip comfortable. There was a complaint for mosquito in the room the staff at almost midnight came and supplied us with a mosquito coil.  being vegetarians for breakfast the chef accommodated for us some freshly made fried rice and noodles during brreakfast.

family holiday

They have good Breakfast selection, great ambience and very cozy beds. you do not have to pay for the carpark and valet services. it is included in their services and it is great. very friendly and accommodating staff.

Comfort meets Luxury

Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Hotel was great.  The hotel was just 2 minutes walk from the Suria Shopping Mall.  The hotel staff were very hepful and friendly.  The room was very clean and super comfortable.  We definitely will consider staying there again for our next holiday.  Thank you Hyatt Centric KK.  You are amazing.

The staff would always ask if I needed help the valet service is very convenient for hotel guest, attended to my request quickly (extra towels pillows) 10 would be sent to the room less than 3 minutes. Very attention to detail in cleaning the room. overall the staff will Make you feel like a vvip. Looking forward to stay my stay in hyatt again  this December 

Great experience

Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooftop bar area is a nice place to chill during sunset. The gym is well equipped. And the rooftop pool is really clean. Location is excellent.

New Hotel in central KK city

Hotel was superb. Services was superb. Location wise was also superb - just opposite Suria Sabah. Food was delicious. All in the room was comfy thqt we got a great rest after a long business meeting that at the end of the day made business felt like a holiday.

All of the staff are amazing. Everyone Is so kind, friendly and engaging. It is truly a great environment and makes it such a pleasure to stay here! The pool is beautiful and the bar staff make great cocktails. I highly recommend a stay here!

Pool cleanliness can be improved. Staff were late to check us in because the room wasn’t ready but they were kind enough to provide a compliment chilled juice and late check out which was much appreciated so we could enjoy the room longer the next day. 

Overall lovely experience

Hyatt Centric seemed like the best option out of the many hotels located in KK and we were not disappointed when we arrived. The zen deco was a breath of fresh air. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but the friendly staff at check-in directed us towards the lobby to enjoy a free drink. We were there to celebrate a birthday and I had informed the hotel beforehand. Was nice to see the effort put into making a small deco out of towels in the shape of a cake on the bed. We were also given a slice of cake that was heavenly! The room was clean and spacious. Especially loved the washroom and shower area. The pool as an incredible view of the sunset. The breakfast is good with a variety of Asian, Western, and pastry option. Overall, an amazing stay. Thank you to all the staff who served us with a smile! 

Amazing location, rooms and service!

Very good views from the hotel. Feels very new and clean, great design and background music. Nicely located with access to local life outside the front door. Last but not least, amazing breakfast buffet (we didn’t have the opportunity to sample lunch or dinner menus).

I love staying again at Hyatt

Hotel is brand new with excellent condition. We've booked four nights with connecting rooms and the room size is roomy. All staff from front desk to conciege and restaurants are nice and helpful. Complimentary parking is excellent. Particular credit to Joey who help us to resolve our breakfast problem which we accidentally forget to book the breakfast in advance. Sea view is good at the breakfast (roof floor) but less appealing from the room as there's untidy building in between 

4 evening stay in Hyatt Centric KK

I went here to meet my friend for a quick escape and vacation.
The room is nice and comfortable. And since the TV allows casting via mobile, we spent most of our time binge watching when we are not out and about exploring the city. 
I like that we can request items, room service, etc through AI chat without the need to call the front desk and that the room is accessible via mobile key as well. The staff were nice and helpful. Moreover, the area where the hotel is situated is very accessible. It's nice that it is across Suria Mall, a block away from Jesselton Duty Free and quite a walking distance to the weekend market as well as other cafe/restaurants.

Comfortable and amazing stay for lazy girls like my friend and I

i do like staying at hyatt centric kota kinabalu. the room is spacious, clean, and the internet speed is good. watching the sunset over the restaurant on the 22nd floor is the something you dont miss while staying here. it was so beautifull. i think all the staff well trained as they serve guest very polite and helpful. 

Had a fantastic stay at the hayatt, staffs and their service was just top notch. Did my proposal in the room, took a local decorator and the staff were very helpful in assisting. Overall it was fantastic.

The room is clean and spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric. The staff all are nice and very welcoming. I love that they provide valet parking service to the guest. We’ll be back for sure!

The best and newest in Kota Kinabalu and will likely remain so for some time!  The rooftop bar and swimming pool is an experience like no other!  Great sunset view from the restaurant.  Good for adults and families with more grown-up kids. 

Must try in Kota Kinabalu

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

The staff were professional yet friendly & welcoming. The room & facilities were fantastic. The food was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The young grandson enjoyed the roof top swimming pool n the gym.

Unexpected Surprise Birthday staying at Hyatt Centric

The hotel is unique with the interior was modern with a touch of traditional elements. The room was spacious and comfortable. The seaview room was breathtaking. The staffs were extremely well mannered and helpful.
The tricky part was there is not much of parking space if you plan to park your car.

The hotel is located in the central of the KK city where it is easy to access to the nice local food around the area. there is a supermarket just within the walking distance, very convenient, Maybe one thing to note is, as it is at the central of the business district, getting a grab at the peak hour will be slightly challenging. 

Nice location , great hotel

Hotel was clean and service was good. Only down was I was given a room on 5th floor facing the opposite mall carpark. The birds were noisy in the evening and at night. The balcony was not pleasant due to the view and the birds. Other than that, everything is good. 

New clean hotel

Best hotel in the town . Cleanliness, service , room and facilities are excellent, especially watching the beautiful sunset in the room's balcony. Btw , the hotel provided free extra bed for my kids during my stay. Really appreciated.

Love Hyatt centric

Had a Very pleasant stay,at first i was worried about the parking area as known that the hotel is located at the heart of the town but as soon as i arrived i was greeted and assisted the parking valet,my kids aged from 1 to 7 had a great time enjoying their swim at the rooftop pool with floaters provided by the pool attendant while i was having my cool refreshing beverage just next to the pool area.
Me and my family will surely make another staycation soon. 

A Great place

While the hotel's location is fantastic, I believe the price could be more affordable. Lowering the rates would make the hotel a more attractive option for travelers on a budget. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others, but I hope the management can consider adjusting the pricing to improve accessibility

Meet my expectation

The room was very spacious and clean, complete with full amenities. The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to walk around the city. Staff are very friendly and always ready to assist. Room which was located on the 18th floor had a nice sea view and gave me the opportunity to capture KK's famed sunset.

Beautiful stay

Excellent location. The room is clean and tidy.  The checking staff is friendly and very helpful. The restaurant has very beautiful view of the South China Sea and Mt. Kota Kinabalu - tallest mountain in SEA.

Good Experience

I was very welcome by the hotel at airport with nice limousine pickup. The rooms is new, quiet and clean. The breakfast is good and much healthy feeling. The staff are all very understanding and hospitality is best here. 

Unforgetable and amazing

Excellent, very clean and new.   Bathroom, toilet & dressing area are all separated, it saved our time as we didn't have to wait for each other.  As for the bed, the pillows are too soft for me.  Breakfast was good and environment was great!

Excellent stay experience

Definitely worth to stay at this hotel. From the arrival till departure all the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the amenities was my fav! The breakfast and the restaurant quite impressive. The staff there will taken care of you. Thank you hyatt centric! Will come again for sure 

Great place to stay!

Very good location. There's a mall opposite to the hotel, a supermarket 2 min walk and the seafront area approx 10min walk. Staffs are very helpful when I asked for a tour guide, prompt response via WhatsApp since I was not in the hotel. there's a tour company/individual associated with the hotel. When check out, the staff helped in calling a taxi. Overall experience and welcome from the hotel was very good.


Good location with very helpful staff

I am having great time while stay for meeting. I love the pattern of my room. Everything is complete suitable my need. Very peaceful place to stay. All is good. Staff also very friendly and always ready to provide services. And they provide valet parking.

Nice place to stay.

Every space in the hotel has a spectacular design, appears sleek and clean. The deluxe hill view room is very large and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. All the room amenities were thoughtfully placed and easy to use. The staff are very nice and attentive to the guests' needs. 

Beautiful hotel design

Location was ideal - 5 to 10 mins walk from Jesselton Jetty / Shopping Centre / Night Market / Local Eateries
Service - Impeccable. Every request was attended to very promptly and everyone we interacted with was courteous and service oriented

Room - Spacious and Clean with great views. Though the pillows were a tad soft but the bed was comfortable, we slept well. Having bluetooth speakers and chrome cast was a treat. 

Food - Room service was nice. But breakfast was average especially when compared to the local eateries in the vicinity. But the drinks at the bar were great! 

Overall, highly recommended! We wouldn't choose any other hotels given the choice again.

Love so much for the setup of room, the design of bathrobe, room coffee machine and bathroom amenities Room rate match the brand and design of hotel. Breakfast not much of choose and replacement a bit slow. 


A gift of birthday month

Very friendly, efficient, and helpful staff.  The extra amenities were delightful including the robe.  I did have problem with the shower knobs but I figured it out after getting soaked a few times.  Dining area had a variety of food - local and American/European.  Enjoyed my stay.

The business hotel is super new and located at the great location surrounded by groceries, banks, foods, and huge shopping centres. The staffs are extremely friendly and attend to all your needs 
The breakfast buffet is only okay. I would prefer eat out. However, the toilet stink so much that we can barely breathe when using it. The room also stink when the air conditioning is off.

Great design and interior, well-managed, overall flow and service is excellent. As for F&B, personally think there is room for improvement. However, the environment and service completely makes up for that in my case. Wish the swimming pool would open until late, rather than just 6pm.

Beautiful Experience

Very nice sea view and minimalist modern hotel design. surrounding with green area make it complete scenery for entire Kota Kinabalu. Facing with Suria Shopping mall make it easy to get variety of food and everything is within walking distance. Jetty to visit all islands under Tunku Abdul Rahman Park also close to hotel.

nice room but put also smoking room. breakfast was great but when i go to take food my table was sit by other people multiple times. so add a sign that the table is occupied. food and room overall great
