Comfortable hotel in Midtown Atlanta. Clean and spacious lobby, friendly staff, ATM, snack bar, all well organized for guests' convenience.

Amazing location. 5-10 minute walk to Piedmont park, Midtown, MARTA station, and the Botanical Garden. The MARTA station is super close and will take you straight to the airport. We were the bride and groom here for our wedding reception and had a hotel room block. Everyone seemed to enjoy their stay and some parties in our block that did not have Hyatt status received room upgrades. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but there are several cafes and bars within walking distance. The parking garage is expensive with $42 a night valet and $32 a night self parking. The parking garage is the most well designed parking garage I've ever been in and was being power washed when we were leaving. It is very safe and clean. Nice gym with cable stack, treadmills/stationary bikes, dumbbells, and yoga mats. Nice large pool that was clean too. A little noisy at night with sirens, but that's just the city.

Staff was great , excellent location, the food choices were excellent. Getting around was easy , I also felt very safe in that area

We had a great stay. A wonderful experience with the warm, welcoming and professional team there that greeted us from the moment we arrived at the door until our checkout. We enjoyed being able to take a rest in our clean comfortable spacious room in between spending time with family & friends. This is my third stay at a Hyatt Centric and the staff here did not disappoint in making sure we enjoyed our stay. What a pleasure they were. Accessible to many restaurants and happenings in the area.

The property is quite up-to-date, it is easy to access off the street and the staff is extremely friendly. The room was comfortable, absolutely and spotless.

Staff was amazing! Valet top tier, especially Levail and Marc! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! The hotel was in great condition and the rooms were super comfortable!

Loved the hotel, staff, and the room. Location was perfect! Everyone was so helpful and nice down to the velvet Guy ! The only reason why I’m giving four stars is because after a long day of traveling, we stopped in Atlanta just for some rest, DoorDash and movies. I was a little upset that the Chromecast was not available at this location. So we were stuck watching basic cable during our R&R Not a big issue, but hey Overall, the day was lovely.

Great Location and customer service. Noel was great 👍 he got me in my room early after had to cancel my hyatt hotel downtown because of convention.
