The room upgrade at check-in was handled quickly and pleasantly—it took less than three minutes with no wait or stress. The staff member assisting us clearly knew what she was doing and understood exactly what we needed. The room we were given was impeccably cleaned every day, reflecting a high standard of professionalism. The Club Lounge offered a wide variety of breakfast and dinner options that suited our entire family. Although I don’t drink alcohol, I noticed that a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages was available free of charge—a rare and impressive offering, especially compared to hotels in the U.S. The service in the Club Lounge was consistently excellent, with well-trained staff attentively meeting our needs during every meal. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in—simple, quick, and stress-free. One new feature that stood out was the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service to Jeju Airport. The large, comfortable bus made our departure very convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious, VVIP-level experience. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.

Our experience began as we walked into the hotel and asked a simple question, “where do we check in”. From there, Jake Chae, welcomed my family, took us to our check in, walked us through the club level, and answered all of my wife’s questions. Jake was simply incredible. I’ve never met a more versed and pleasant person to handle everything so phenomenally in my travels. What a blessing we got from asking him that simple question. Bravo Jake! My only regret was not staying longer. We were on Jeju to celebrate our anniversary while watching our son compete in the World Lacrosse Championship in Seogwipo. Thanks to the entire staff.

The bathtub was not very clean, and the curtains were broken.The food at the Grand Hyatt Club is good, and the staff are very friendly.

Grand Hyatt Jeju is one of the best property I have ever stayed at. Excellent ambience, clean rooms and staff would make you feel welcome. If you are with family vacation, leisure or business, this is one of the perfect spot to stay, you will not regret.

It was a truly great experience—the hotel feels so much more impressive when you actually stay there than just visiting the shop area. I live nearby and have walked through and shopped at the hotel many times, so I thought I knew the property well—but I was pleasantly surprised! The lounge, pool, and spa made the stay feel truly exceptional, like stepping into a different world. I will absolutely bring my family again to the property again in the future if they come to visit Jeju Island, no hesitation.

Pillow was fluffy, bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was maintained well and spotless. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The Grand Hyatt Jeju was a sprawling resort with a club level that features amazing food throughout the day and free drinks as well. Check in was easy on the club level for being a Globalist. We had a King Room on a high floor with views of the ocean. They had a rollaway brought into the room since we were traveling with kids. The room is spacious and the bathroom large. The hotel also features an large indoor and outdoor pool areas that my kids enjoyed. We didn't check out the casino but did walk through the various shopping levels and the restaurants. It's conveniently close to the airport.

Easily one of the best Grand Hyatts I have been to. The rooms are very spacious and the interior and attention to detail are beautiful and well layed out. We stayed at the 130 sqm Grand Suite and it was huge. I want to give a special mention to Jay Jeong, who went above and beyond to make our check in experience pleasant and personalized. 5 star hotels need more people like her! If I could critique one thing, the included breakfast was a little underwhelming and didn't offer quite the variety that I would expect at a Grand Hyatt. If it wasn't included or I wasn't a Globalist, I would skip the breakfast and go somewhere local.

The room was the most perfect one i ever seen and it was very clean, neat and tidy. i love how there is a super big tub!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
