Spanning 10,370 square feet with room for up to 2,000 attendees, the Audubon Ballroom is the perfect event venue for large weddings, receptions and conferences in Tampa, Florida. Use the adjoining pre-function area for pre-dinner cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

This 9,000 square foot outdoor event venue is available November through May and can accommodate up to 660 guests for banquet seating or 1,000 guests for a Tampa reception.

Our 3,900-square-foot outdoor event venue features a relaxing beach area and boat dock, providing the quintessential Florida experience. With room for 400 guests, this space can host parties, receptions and team building activities.

Located just outside the ballroom foyer, this 2,870-square-foot outdoor venue provides an ideal atmosphere for cocktail parties and private dinners. Our Promenade space can hold up to 390 guests in a reception-style configuration.

Our Tower Pool doubles as a scenic event space perfect for small gatherings and outdoor cocktail parties. Meetings around the Tower Pool can hold up to 200 guests.

This 1,430-square-foot first floor breakout room features high ceilings and modern decor. With room for up to 160 attendees in a reception-style configuration, this meeting room is ideal for medium-size company events in Tampa.

These two breakout meeting rooms can be found on the second floor. Sandhill Crane spans 1,272 square feet, has room for 160 guests and can be divided for smaller functions. Cormorant measures 702 square feet with room for 75 attendees.

This 3,560-square-foot foyer complements the Audubon Ballroom, acting as the perfect space to enjoy pre-function cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. This foyer also serves as a registration and break area for conferences and receptions.

With a bird’s eye view high above Tampa Bay, Skylark offers a 3,400 square foot of indoor event space, a 1,400 square foot outdoor terrace and 1,800 square feet of pre-function space.

Skylark’s more intimate sister venue, Starling, offers 1,932 square feet of event space with floor to ceiling windows and magnificent water views of Tampa Bay.

This collection of second floor breakout rooms ranges from 650 to 1,368 square feet, including our Snow Egret room, which can be divided into two rooms. Each of these meeting venues features plenty of natural light and scenic bay views.
