Very welcoming and warm ambience. Room was clean, housekeeping staff always kept it smelling good. Location is perfect right over the riverwalk.

A very nice hotel immediately adjacent to the Convention Center, so very convenient. Lobby, reception area are very nice, and rooms are clean, comfortable and very well suited to the convention trade, though not fancy. Service was excellent, and front desk was very welcoming and very helpful with any requests while there. Food at Moda was very good, and service was attentive and prompt. Dinner service was very attentive and welcoming, the pizza and salads were good, and cocktails ample. Overall a great place to stay for a conference and convenient to the Riverwalk for those amenities as well.

Great hotel in San Antonio. Very close to the River Walk, America’s Tower and the Alamo. Rooms very nice and the staff there was great.

Older hotel, do not think rooms have had an update in last 12 years i have been there. Nice enough, but not if you are paying full price. Was on a work trip, so no choice on where to stay.

We had a great time in the gamer suite! Kids loved the room and its amenities. Food was great and the staff was super helpful

Hotel was "ok". Maybe needs a little update. My room was so far from the elevator - and after a day of being on my feet, the last thing I wanted was to hike back to my room. Rooms were clean - but definitely in need of a face lift

Nice hotel with good amenities. Pleasant staff with a very positive check-in experience. Great location right on the Riverwalk and the nearby Mexico Ceaty is a superb visit. Downsides (thus the 3☆): (1) shower drain was very slow and created standing water; (2) had a Keurig in the room 👍! but it was not clean 👎! and couldn't be used.

My overall experience was wonderful, and it was great that the River Walk was right outside the door to enjoy. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Always a fabulous experience, the Hyatt Riverwalk never disappoints. From curbside to the check-in, each individual was friendly, personal and professional. I will be back!

Arnold at the front desk was super friendly and beyond helpful! Rooms are spacious, up to date, and clean. Great location right by the River Walk too.

The Grand Hyatt San Antonio was a great choice overall. The staff were consistently helpful and courteous, and the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the area. My room was very nice and offered a beautiful view of the Alamo, which really added to the experience. One downside was the office chair in my room. It didn’t roll properly and looked quite aged, which made it difficult to stay comfortable while working. Since I needed to spend a fair amount of time at my computer, this became a frustrating issue. With a few small room upgrades—especially to the workspace setup—this hotel would easily feel more seamless. Still, I’d recommend it for the service, atmosphere, and location.

Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt. Was visiting for the Food Distribution Conference. It was the perfect spot with easy access to the riverwalk, shops, restaurants and site seeing areas. The hotel staff is great. We had a meeting booked and they were very kind, helpful and had everything ready for us upon arrival. We didn't have to ask for anything at all. Would definitely come back again! Thank you!

Great hotel and location. Comfortable beds, great water pressure. Fantastic (and busy!) gym. Convenient coffee shop and dining options.

Great place to stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The personnel who greeted and welcomed guests at the entrance were fantastic and made a great first impression. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 3 days, 2 nights and was upgraded to an executive suite. Lost my bag somewhere and everyone helped me locate it within 15 min. Everyone was friendly, pleasant and genuinely helpful. I found no fault with anything. Room was clean, housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Lounge had great food choices and plenty was put out. I might warn again Moda Fare as it was expensive, but the food was good. Fantastic hotel!!!

Everyone was very friendly, enjoyed the pool, and hotel was very clean and had an excellent 4 day stay. Had a dental conference location was very important and the walk was quick 2 to 3 minutes you can't beat that!

If you are going to a convention, this is the hotel for you. It is right by the convention center. The train/Amtrak is a five minute walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The location is very close to so many good restaurants. The price is reasonable. As an older woman traveling alone, I feel safe in the parking garage, the lobby and my room. It is super close to the Rivercenter Mall and the AMC movie theater. It is very calm and quiet.
