Check-in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am. Requests for early check-in or checkout are honored as available and are subject to additional fees. If we are unable to grant your request for early arrival, you are invited to store luggage and enjoy the facilities until your room becomes available.

Breakfast is served daily from 6:30am – 11:30am in Moda Fare location on the lobby level. Spoonful Provisions is available for grab and go items beginning 6:00am.

The pool is open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm, and the gym is available 24 hours. Both are located on the 5th floor. Key access is needed.
The pool is temperature controlled and is 25 meters longs.

San Antonio is known for being a very walkable city. Rideshares and scooters are readily available.

Yes! The robes, canvas bags, slippers, Balmain shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are all available for purchase. Contact the front desk for more information.

We will do a light service daily such as remaking the bed with the same sheets, remove trash and replacing coffee and towels. We offer a full service clean after your third night/fourth day.
We are a non-smoking hotel.
Yes, we provide a laundry bag and price listings located in your guestroom closet. Clothes collected by 8AM will be returned the same day by 6PM, Monday through Saturday. Overnight express service is available upon request Monday through Friday.
Do not leave valuables unattended in your room. Please place all valuables in the in-room safe.
Traveling with someone who wanted to tag-a-long to your trip with us? Rollaway Beds are available and are only permitted in any of our King rooms and Suites. Due to emergency regulations, a rollaway bed is not permitted in any of our double bed rooms.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
The airport is approximately 8 miles from the hotel, and we recommend using a rideshare service or taxi for transportation. We do not offer a hotel shuttle.
We are located 8-miles from the San Antonio Airport. Estimate 9-minute commute.
$49 a night plus taxes for self-parking. Valet up to $70 per night plus taxes.
Yes, additional fees do apply.
Clearance 6 ft 8in. We have a few spots available for oversize vehicles, additional rates apply.

All you need is a Valid form of Government Issued ID or Passport with a matching name on a credit or debit card. Guest arriving to complete the check-in must be an authorized individual on the reservation.
Packages can be conveniently delivered to our property; a handling fee will apply. We kindly ask that the shipping label contains the following information to ensure your package gets delivered quickly and safely:

Pets
Yes, we are a dog friendly hotel! The availability of dog-friendly rooms is limited, and a minimum of 48 hours reservation notice is required by calling +1 210 224 1234. Dog tags are required.
FEES:
Up to 5 nights: $100 per stay
More than 5 nights: $200 per stay
WEIGHT LIMITS: Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a room, provided the combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds.
