We got an upgrade to a corner room with sweeping view of the harbor. Room is very clean. Adequate amenities of good quality. I wish the toiletries came in travel size instead of community pump bottles. Larger bottles are of course more environmentally friendly, but reduces the experience (motel). The best part is the helpful and attentive front desk and housekeeping staff. It really makes a difference during stressful Thanksgiving week travel.

One of the nicest places to stay in San Diego to experience downtown and the beauty of the San Diego Harbor/Bay. The hotel staff is always spot on and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable.

I spent most of my special occasions here. Great location just right in Seaport Village. Easy access to waterfront, restaurant and everything. Lot’s of activities to enjoy. Great staffs and food. I really enjoy my stay here.

Good location. Nice area. Rooms were clean and met expectations. Staff is friendly. I was not able to use the amenities but they are nice. Good walking distance to GasLamp District and bay. We watch the San Diego Symphony which was amazing.

The location is perfect! Close to Seaport Village, a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was also close to the freeway which made easy access to get to other destinations that we wanted to visit. Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo

Highly recommend a stay at Manchester Grand Hyatt if you are going to San Diego. Pay for the upgrade for bay view as that is worth the small cost. Quiet and clean, daily housekeeping without asking, helpful staff.

Great family, family hotel, lots of amenities and activities to do also include close proximity to different activities, and great restaurants really enjoyable experience. We created family memories and will definitely return in the future. Amazing views of the harbor.

We walked to the hotel from cruise terminal. Easy 15 minute walk. Greeted for check in and pleasant process. Great room with lovely view in Seaport tower. Lovely pool on 4th floor connected to Harbor Tower. We also enjoyed Club amenities. We walked to Ruth Chris Steakhouse, no worries. And Cheesecake Factory is across the street, so some good options. Definitely looking forward to a return visit!

A relaxing getaway with so much going on. From the Midway to cocktails in the Gaslamp district this 2 day vacation was a blast. The Hyatt is right in the heart of everything. From the clean rooms to the friendly staff this should be your first choice to stay.

Stayed in the suite with connecting room on the 32nd floor. Breathtaking view of the ocean. Very clean, everything is beautiful and organized. Had dinner at Sally’s, breakfast at Seaview- food are exceptional.Thank you Grand Hyatt,
