GH Hefei team was very kind and friendly, they were one of the kindest people I've met in this world. The property itself is very well maintained and everything is fresh and new. Definitely the best hotel in Hefei. Location is right at the Hefei Mixc City meaning that both food and entertainment are very close and convenient! A straight 10/10 experience!

I had a problem with my passport (forgot my passport at the plane) and Bella (Zhou BeiBei) helped me a lot to solve my problem, in the end I got my passport back, thank to her! 10 points for her! Also very nice and Kind was the Penny (Pan NanFen), who did my check out. Very nice and kind and helped a lot to adjust the name of my company and etc! Very nice personal, hoping to see all again in my next stay in February!

Most comfortable rooms that I have ever stayed in. Good location in Hefei and good service. Loved the G&T at the bar and the amenities in the room. The breakfast and dinner options need to be broadened significantly to include vegan and vegetarian choices.

At breakfast, Tim always greets guests warmly and helps prepare Benedict eggs. The lounge staff are all very friendly and professional, with Vivian, Jessica, Judy, Pacey, and Ayla always checking in to see if anything else is needed. The cocktails mixed by Vivian, Jessica, and Judy are excellent. The lounge now offers a different dessert every day. The breakfast staff's service has significantly improved compared to before.

A wonderful experience at Grand Hyatt while sight seeing in Hefei. Great location and service from the hotel. Staying and dining at high floor with a view to the entire city and dwarfing all other hotels is a big difference.

Every time I went to Hefei, I alway chose Grand hayyt. Now i become gradually famillar with those staff. Dai Mengyu(Moen) provided me with her hospitality and just appropriate enthusiam. Specifically, her vocational cocktail skills impressed me a lot with amazing taste and good looking colors, which reminded me of sunset in hometown. Overall, everyone from grand club made me feel at home, thanks them so much. Also Lily assited me with lots of stuffs during my staying. Here I would like to express my gratitude to all of them.

It was a very nice room with a great view to see the swan lake and Lvzhou park. The room was very clean and service was excellent. The breakfast was good too. The check-in and check-out were fast and smooth in the lounge. I definitely will choose Grand Haytt Hefei next time.

Very New and nice hotel. Attached to a mall everything is very convenient. If you enjoy late night snack, it is available within walking distance. All rooms are high floors so u will get a nice view of Hefei city.

Grand Hyatt is definitely the best hotel in Hefel. Located in the new downtown of Hefei and by the modern mall. Delicious restaurant close to the hotel. Easy parking. The only catch is that you need take three elevators to get to the room if you go up from the underground parking. But for the safety, it is worthy.
