Relaxing vacation
The hotel and staff were excellent...only the beach was below expectations. Special thanks to Arlene, mridusmita and the sous chef at choolah.

the room floor board was creaky the room writing desk did not have lamp the coffee//tea desk did not have a bin the hot water took too much time the breakfast menu was very reductive and mediocre the dinner experience at chula was not that great the staff was very good courteous and helpful the property has excellent pools indoor and out door we had a nice experience with the jacuzzi as well

Excellent Stay at Grand Hyatt
The team over the property is super supportive, and the check in process was really handled smoothly. Overall iot was great memorable stay and enjoyed by my family. The tea, has gone extra mile for making it super stay.
Goan rejuvenation experience
The property has amazing vibe, particularly the Shana spa is extraordinary. Huge shout out to pratiksha made our stay very comfy. Definitely a visit again.

Resort has the private beach access.big swiming pool, has many activities. Resort has good food options. Great hospitality.

A Memorable Anniversary Celebration with Exceptional Hospitality! Our stay at Grand Hyatt Goa was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations. We visited the resort for our anniversary celebration, and the entire experience was memorable for our family. Before our arrival, the team proactively checked our arrival time and ensured that our room was ready when we reached the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and a dedicated team member was assigned to assist us throughout our stay. This personalised service made a real difference. As a World of Hyatt Globalist member, we were upgraded to one of the top room categories, which made our stay even more special. The anniversary arrangements were wonderful, and the team went out of their way to make the occasion memorable. A special mention to Suchita, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Her personal attention, warmth, and dedication made us feel truly valued as guests. The Club Lounge was excellent, and the resort itself is beautiful and spacious, with a wonderful ambience. The rooms were comfortable, the kids' play area was great for families, and the well-equipped fitness centre and indoor swimming pool added to the experience. What stood out most was the team's proactive approach, personalised attention, and genuine hospitality. Every little detail contributed to making our anniversary celebration special. Thank you to Suchita and the entire Grand Hyatt Goa team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We would happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable luxury stay in Goa. We look forward to returning!
A stay made memorable
We thoroughly enjoyed our memorable stay at the Grand Hyatt Goa. The hotel offers numerous amenities to keep you engaged throughout your trip . The swimming pool and more playing courts are maintained nicely.Our stay was not only peaceful and relaxing but also fun! Moreover,the faculty is very helpful, catering to all our needs. We want to put the spotlight on our Butler, Zishan who ensured our stay was flawless with exceptional service.Everything exceeded our expectations we are truly ecstatic and grateful for the overall experience.
Comfortable experience
Fabulous view from our sea facing ground floor room. Mridusmita and Vijay were superb hosts during our stay. They catered to all our needs promptly. The property was well maintained and the greenery was all over the place. They have anti mosquito spray/smoke every evening making it comfortable to sit outside in your gallery. Kudos to Vijay and Mridusmita. ✌️
Great place with kids
Great service and staff. Location is perfect to go around visiting north or south Goa beaches. Food is definitely a great experience, recommend the Italian restaurant . Staff is very attentive. Could make kids activities more fun
Great Property with Average Service
The property stands out for its location and size. However the attitude of the staff and service needs to be improved significantly for it to live upto a 5 star property.

Great holiday experience
During my recent stay at Grand Hyatt, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, professional and extremely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Prajwal, Ms Ria and Ms Stephanie from the Front Office team for their warm hospitality, attentiveness and willingness to assist. I would also like to appreciate Rahul from the kitchen team for his excellent service. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality contributed significantly to making our stay comfortable and memorable.

An Exceptional Stay at Grand Hyatt Goa
I stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa from September 30 to October 2 and had a wonderful experience. From the thoughtful communication before my arrival to the attentive service throughout my stay, the team made me feel warmly welcomed and well cared for. A special thank-you to Partiksha Sarkar, Assistant Guest Experience Manager, who contacted me by email before check-in to ask whether I was celebrating a special occasion. Although I wasn’t, I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite, a lovely gesture that made my visit even more memorable. I would also like to recognize Steffi Nath, Guest Experience Manager, for her exceptional attention to detail. She made sure that even the smallest details were taken care of, and her thoughtful hospitality contributed greatly to my enjoyment of the stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, and my suite was kept immaculately clean and serviced every day. Drinking water was generously replenished, a practical touch that I appreciated. Breakfast was sumptuous, with an impressive variety of dishes to suit different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the Executive Lounge, which offered a lovely selection of drinks, wines, and hors d’oeuvres, a welcoming place to relax in the evening. What stood out most was the combination of comfort, quality, and personal service. My sincere thanks to Partiksha, Steffi, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily return and highly recommend Grand Hyatt Goa.

Food and services were worst
Services was not up to mark ans we were called multiple times to attend the call for faulty AC but service team not attended our call for 2 hrs. Also food was tasteless in buffet as we were taken MAP plan which were worthless.

The service and hospitality were well below expectations, making the stay disappointing. A comfortable stay requires attentive service and a welcoming approach—both were lacking here. I would strongly recommend considering other accommodation options nearby for a better overall experience.

Above par facilities and luxury
Absence of sea breeze and air flow made felt more humid and tiring than what we experience in other beach properties of north and south goa
