Grand Club Lounge Policies

• The Grand Club lounge is accessible for corporate guests, direct customers, and World of Hyatt Globalist Members
• Access to the Grand Club Lounge (adults only) from 6:30AM - 10PM
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire required; no shorts or swimwear allowed
• Extended continental breakfast with selected hot items served in the lounge (adults only)
• Cocktail hours with a selection of wines, spirits, and house beverages are available in the lounge from 6PM - 8PM (adults only)
• Families traveling with children under 18 years will be provided access to an alternative restaurant venue for breakfast (6:30AM - 11AM), refreshments (11AM - 6PM), and dinner (6PM - 8PM)

Prohibited Items in Rooms

Shisha, bakhoor burners (both manual and electric), hot plates, candles, and any cooking or heating devices are prohibited in our rooms due to the potential fire hazard.

ID Policy

All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with a physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID.

Check-in Age

The minimum age to check in at the hotel is 18. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult family member.

Deposit

An additional cash or credit card deposit will be collected to cover any incidental charges during your stay.
