Premier meeting and event space, located on the 38th floor of our hotel's adjoining office tower with panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. As the only downtown Denver venue with a meeting space at this height, it offers an elevated setting for conferences and events, accommodating up to 600 guests for a reception or up to 130 guests in theater-style seating. A 1,760-square-foot pre-function foyer provides additional space for up to 150 guests.

Sitting on the 38th floor of our adjacent office tower, this ballroom offers panoramic city views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The space is designed to adapt easily, with two air walls that allow it to be divided into three separate rooms. Crystal Peak comfortably hosts up to 300 guests for a reception or 245 guests in theater-style seating, with an adjoining pre-function foyer that can accommodate an additional 115 guests for networking or registration.

Overlooking the Rocky Mountains from the 26th floor, The Office provides a private setting for smaller meetings and receptions. Designed with a mix of soft lounge seating, table seating, and counter seating, the space also features a built-in wet bar along with an attached private restroom. Capacity includes up to 75 guests for a reception or 50 guests for a seated event.

Located in our adjoining office tower, Mt. Elbert is a dynamic meeting space filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking downtown Denver. The room features an air wall that allows it to be divided for added flexibility and comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests classroom-style or up to 325 guests in theater-style seating, making it well suited for general sessions, breakouts, and training programs.

Our largest venue features chandeliers and 18’ ceilings. This flexible conference room can be arranged to host a convention or training, divided into two meeting spaces, or joined with the Aspen Ballroom. A foyer provides room for coffee breaks.

This grand setting features high ceilings and an adjoining foyer. It offers a variety of setups for conferences, panels and more. For large gatherings, the Colorado and Aspen ballrooms can combine for over 14,275 square feet of meeting space.

Adjacent to our hotel, this specially designed convention venue in downtown Denver features large windows to inspire fresh thinking with bright sunlight. It includes four meeting rooms to host up to 160 guests in a variety of set-ups.

Easily accessible on the main floor of the hotel, Mt. Sopris offers a convenient location in downtown Denver. It features a pre-function space and refreshments, ideal for networking. It can also be split into two meeting rooms.

Located on the third floor, these meeting rooms offer a more private setting away from our larger event spaces. Ranging from 482 to 1,159 square feet, they are the only meeting rooms on the floor and feature the state-of-the-art technology and flexible setup options. The spaces accommodate between 28 and 166 guests in a variety of meeting layouts, making them ideal for focused sessions, training programs, or executive gatherings.

These downtown Denver second-floor meeting rooms range from 256 to 964 square feet and include five boardrooms ideal for breakout sessions, workshops, or smaller group discussions. Located just steps from the hotel’s two main ballrooms, the spaces offer flexible layouts and accommodate groups from 37 to 65 guests, with the largest room hosting up to 138 guests.
