Located on level 1, Show Kitchen is a lively, interactive all-day dining restaurant which includes beach front outdoor sittings with the concept of Three Restaurants in One - open kitchens of Chinese, Japanese and Western. The main emphasis of the restaurant will be placed on visual food displays in the various show kitchens, offering the freshest product for each meal period.

The upper floor of Chinese Restaurant, where the rooftop bar is located on level 47, will be the exclusive venue in Dalian to enjoy great cocktails, wines with a marvelous view of landscape, ocean and Xinghai Square.

The relaxing and elegant Lobby Lounge located on level 2 with separate seating areas, including a semi-private lounge and outdoor terrace with views of the hotel garden and Ocean. The Lounge is the preferred venue for business meetings and social gatherings.

The Specialty Restaurant located on level 46 will provide customers with a new level of entertaining and dining, with elements that you can’t normally find in typical Chinese restaurants. Featuring predominantly Northern Chinese Cuisine, Dalian Seafood and Peking Duck, our Chinese Restaurant is a fun place, where dishes are meant for sharing, while watching skilled chefs full in action. It will bring a new dimension to tasting Peking duck, prepared in traditional wood fired ovens.
