Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed at the hotel. We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy.
Service Charge
A daily service charge of 10% over the rate room (tax included) will be added to your rate for all room nights. This service charge is distributed fully to resort personnel as a gratuity. Guests may provide a voluntary tip to resort personnel in addition to the service charge. Such charges may be subject to taxes in effect at the time of your stay.
Environmental Tax
The Environmental Sanitation Fee in Cancun for 2026 is $4.50 USD per room, per night. It will be added to your rate for all room nights, and it is a mandatory charge for hotels, levied by the government for environmental preservation.
State Taxes
In Mexico, the VAT (value added tax) is 16% and is applied to most goods and services.
The ISH is a tax that must be paid by individuals or legal entities that provide lodging services in the state of Quintana Roo. The general rate of the ISH is 5% of the amount charged for the lodging service.
Resort Fee
A daily resort fee of $30 USD (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience.
