Pet Policy
Will your dog be accompanying you on your tour of La Candelaria? Our luxury hotel in Bogota welcomes well-trained pets to snuggle up in the sunshine through the large windows of your room with its magnificent views of the city and mountains. You are welcome to walk your dog on a leash in the lobby, corridors and designated gazebos. However, we ask that you keep your dog out of the Ushin Japanese & Grill and the Spa.
If you check in with a canine buddy, we charge a $100 USD cleaning fee for the first six nights, and an additional $100 USD fee for stays of 7-30 nights for dogs size XXS to XL. For dogs up to size 3XL, we charge a $150 USD cleaning fee for the first six nights, and an additional $150 USD fee for stays of 7-30 nights. You can bring up to two dogs size XXS to XL.
Minors' Identification and Authorization
For minors you must present a valid registration document (identity card and civil registration) and, in case of not staying with the parents, you must present a written permission, which must be authenticated and notarized.
