"My childhood was spent in the countryside of Emilia-Romagna, in the vineyards and vegetable farms. On Sundays, I’d help my nonna in the kitchen, inspiring my respect for produce and traditions. I started working at 15 in my hometown of Cattolica. Since then, I've been fortunate to travel the world. I am grateful for the enriching experiences that have all come together in my kitchen. My recipe is simple - the best ingredients, authenticity and consistent cooking techniques."
