Payment Reminder
Guests of Hyatt Regency Calgary with spa charges of $500 or more cannot charge the amount to their guestroom. Payment must be made at the spa reception by cash or credit card. Credit-card payments of $500 or more require valid identification.

Tuesday: 10:30 a.m.– 4 p.m.
Wednesday to Friday: 10:30 a.m.– 6:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
