More Than A Relaxation Sanctuary
While the Spa is renowned as a haven to relieve worries and stress, aesthetics like manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing and tinting are also available to make the spa journey complete. Priding itself to be the premier full-service hotel spa in downtown Calgary, guests of Stillwater Spa can look forward to fully recharging with the use of premium facilities such as a whirlpool, a steam room, a private lounge and separate locker rooms.

Parking
Complimentary self-parking in the hotel’s underground parkade is offered, subject to availability.
Health Insurance Coverage
All our Massage Therapists are registered and certified with more than 2,200 hours. Upon checkout, a registration number will be printed on your receipt for submission to your health insurance company.
Direct Bill
We are pleased to offer direct billing to Sunlife, Desjardins, Manulife, Green Shield Canada, and Alberta Blue Cross. If you wish to use this option, please let us know when you make your reservation. While we will do our best to assist, please note that payment by your health insurer is not guaranteed, and you may need to cover the full amount upfront if necessary. We recommend checking your plan for coverage details.
Spa Arrival & Facilities
We invite our guests to arrive one hour early to enjoy the spa facilities and amenities. Our services begin and end on time, late arrivals may impact the length of your service.
What to Bring
For your comfort and privacy, we provide you with sanitized luxurious robes and slippers. A pre-assigned spa locker will also be provided to store your personal belongings. We regret we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Spa Etiquette
For the comfort of others, please silence your cellphones and use spa voices throughout your stay. We invite you to take calls outside of the spa and waiting areas. Your cooperation in maintaining our relaxing spa environment is greatly appreciated.
Age Policy
Stillwater Spa is an adult facility available to guests at least 18 years of age.
Medical & Wellbeing
Please inform us of any medical needs, physical conditions, or ailments that require our attention. For your safety, and the safety of our staff, we strongly discourage alcohol consumption prior to spa treatments, immediate sun exposure following skincare therapy, and shaving before or after exfoliation.
Nourishment
A Spa Cuisine Menu designed by Hyatt’s chef is also available in between treatments to nourish and promote well-being.
Retail Products
BABOR, EltaMD, BIOEFFECT, and other top-of-the-line skincare and body products are sold at the spa. Complimentary curbside pick-up can be arranged.
Spa Reservations
A valid credit card is required to secure a spa reservation.
Enhancing Transaction Security
Hotel-registered guests of Hyatt Regency Calgary with spa charges of $500 or more cannot be charged to guestrooms. These charges must be settled with cash or a credit card at the Spa Reception. Spa guests with credit card payments of $500 or more require a valid ID.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require advanced notice, or your service will be charged in full. A minimum of 24 hours is required for a single service booking, while 48 hours is required for bookings with multiple treatments and spa packages. The cancellation charge is the full amount quoted in your booking.
