BODY PUMP The classes are performed to music using free weights-plates, barbell and an aerobic step. Participants choose their weights based on the exercise and their personal goals. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and
isolation-based exercises including squats, presses, and dead lifts. The focus is towards muscle endurance by moving light weights at high repetitions.

Agility or nimbleness is the ability to change the body’s position efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance. Agility
is the ability to change the direction of the body in an efficient and effective manner.
BOOT CAMP A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by fitness trainer. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour. Boot camp training often commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/ objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, push ups / sit ups and various types of intense explosive routines. The session concludes with yoga. .

SUSPENSION TRAINING The field of suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes body weight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed.

PNF PROPRIOCEPTIVE NEUROMUSCULAR FACILITATION
