Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us at least one day in advance to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel after that date or do not contact us, we will charge you 100% of the cancellation fee. 

We ask that guests who are not feeling well to refrain from coming to the spa. The safety and health of our guests and employees is our top priority, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in order for you to use our facilities with peace of mind.

To guests with high blood pressure

Guests with high blood pressure are not allowed to receive any treatments. However, this does not apply to guests who are taking medication to keep their blood pressure under control and who have received approval from their medical institution to undergo treatments.
