Facility Fee- A Spa Facility Fee of $3 will be applied to all services that are 60 minutes or longer. This fee grants access to our luxurious amenities, which includes steam rooms, saunas, relaxation lounge, hot tub, salt water lap pool, and fitness areas. This fee is retained in full by the hotel to support spa facility operations.

Location & Hours

Elaia Spa is located on the second floor of the Hyatt Olive 8. It is open 7 days a week from 9a-7:45p Monday - Thursday and 9a-6p Friday - Sunday.

Reservations

We recommend scheduling your treatments in advance of your arrival at our hotel by giving us a call at 206.676.4500, or booking online here. All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours advanced notice. Appointments canceled within the 24 hour period are subject to a cancellation fee based on the length service that is being canceled.

Spa Arrival

We ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled service time. This allows enough time to fill your intake form, and change into robes and slippers. Our services begin and end on time, late arrivals will impact the length of your service.

Facilities

Guests who have scheduled a service 60 minutes or longer will receive access to our amenities including saline lap pool, hot tub, fitness center, relaxation lounge, and separate locker rooms each with their own steam room and dry sauna. Guest can access these facilities during hours of operation on the day of scheduled service.

Day Passes

Day passes are available to those not receiving a spa services Monday-Thursday only for $55 + tax and are sold on a first come first serve basis. We do not offer Day Passes Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

What to bring

For your comfort and privacy, we provide you with sanitized robes and slippers. A spa locker will also be provided to store your personal belongings. Our locker rooms offer towels, hair dryers, brushes, shower caps, razors, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, and lotion for your convenience. We regret we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Spa Etiquette

For the comfort of others, please silence your cellphones and use spa voices throughout your stay. Phone calls, video calls, and photos are not permitted in locker rooms, pool area, or relaxation room.

Parking

We offer valet parking here at the Olive 8 hotel for $12 with spa validation. (Not valid for day passes)

Age Policy

Guests receiving services at Elaia Spa must be at least 16 years of age. A parent or guardian must be present with guests 16 & 17.

Service Charge

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be automatically added to the cost of your service. The service charge is divided among your spa therapist and spa support staff. Additional gratuity for your spa therapist is at your discretion.

Retail Products

Eminence, Coola, Vital Body Therapeutics, Queen Care, Elaia Gift Cards and other locally curated items are sold at the spa. Complimentary curbside pick-up can be arranged. Please call to coordinate curbside retail service.
