reservations
We recommend scheduling your treatments in advance of your arrival to the resort by calling the spa at 808 240 6440. You may also call the spa at ext. 4949 from your guestroom or book here.
arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. A health questionnaire will be required.
Please be on time to ensure you receive a full treatment. Regardless of start time, treatments will end at the scheduled time to ensure other guests receive their full treatment.
In consideration of other guests we ask that all cellular phones and electronic devices with cameras be turned off while at the spa.
age requirement
The minimum age for spa guests and services is 14 years old. A parent or adult guardian must be present in the treatment room to receive services from ages 14-17.
cancellation
As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, we ask that cancellations or changes be made by 7:00pm the night prior to your service to avoid being charged in full.
gratuities
A 2.8% administrative fee will be added to the bill, which is retained by the hotel and is not a tip or gratuity for staff. A 15% service charge will be added to the bill, which is distributed in full to your spa treatment provider, and a 2.2% service charge will be added to the bill, which is distributed in full to spa service staff. Guests may also provide an additional optional tip to their treatment provider in addition to the service charge. All services are subject to state and local taxes.

Full spa access for the day is included with any treatment 60-minutes in duration or longer or any of our Touchless Therapies. Spa Facilities include lap pool, dry sauna, steam, whirlpool, cold plunge, relaxation lounges and fitness center.
