Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel was exceptional. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious and beautifully cooked. Yeter was one of our waiters and she is very friendly, exceptionally helpful, warm , thoughtful and she went above and beyond to make sure our morning breakfast was satisfactory. She drops everything to help all the hotel guests and she does it with a smile on her face every time. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Turkiye.
