Chef Ferran Tadeo

At the helm of The Embassy Room - Catalan Cuisine is Chef Ferran Tadeo. Catalan-born and now Bangkok-based, Chef Ferran has worked at several of the world’s leading Michelin-starred restaurants, and was the Executive Chef at Catalunya and La Rambla in Hong Kong prior to his tenure as Chef de Cuisine of The Embassy Room. Inspired by his travels, the heritage of his family recipes, Chef Ferran endeavors to provoke emotional reactions to Catalan cuisine.

“The inspiration for my dishes comes from remembering dishes from my childhood. Some of them are dishes I loved to eat, while others have been part of my career,” said Chef Ferran. “Guests need to come to eat here because they will discover the flavors, textures, and emotions of Catalan cuisine, for many, food they have never dined on before. The restaurant will provide an exceptional experience from the food, to the service, to the music and overall ambiance.”

Chef Ferran Tadeo welcomes former colleague and one of the most representative chefs of Catalan cuisine, Arnau Bosch, for an enticing collaboration which highlights the menu of a traditional fishing village in Catalunya with a creative twist of bold textures and flavors.

The largest number of Spanish wines available at any Bangkok restaurant, the wine list includes many of Spain's top labels across a range of vintages and vineyards, including rare Sherry and Cava. Wines are both available by the bottle and by the glass. 

Yuzu Safari Event

Celebrating the annual harvest, featuring premium Yuzu fruit sourced from Shikoku, hand-selected from organic mountain farms across the island and delivered fresh, straight to Bangkok. What’s a celebration without friends? So part-time yuzu farmer Mason Florence and co-curator Dustin Joseph have teamed up with the Park Hyatt Bangkok’s Embassy Room - Catalan Cuisine Restaurant and assembled a bevy of Bangkok’s finest chefs to present an all-Yuzu omakase feast!
