The only dining destination in Bangkok offering authentic yet refined Catalan fares, led by a creative chef devoted to his culinary heritage.

Chef Ferran Tadeo

At the helm of The Embassy Room - Catalan Cuisine is Chef Ferran Tadeo. Catalan-born and now Bangkok-based, Chef Ferran has worked at several of the world’s leading Michelin-starred restaurants, and was the Executive Chef at Catalunya and La Rambla in Hong Kong prior to his tenure as Chef de Cuisine of The Embassy Room. Inspired by his travels, the heritage of his family recipes, Chef Ferran endeavors to provoke emotional reactions to Catalan cuisine.

“The inspiration for my dishes comes from remembering dishes from my childhood. Some of them are dishes I loved to eat, while others have been part of my career,” said Chef Ferran. “Guests need to come to eat here because they will discover the flavors, textures, and emotions of Catalan cuisine, for many, food they have never dined on before. The restaurant will provide an exceptional experience from the food, to the service, to the music and overall ambiance.”

Catalan Sunday Brunch

Discover a unique new brunch experience curated by Chef Ferran Tadeo. Featuring an elevated fine dining spin on the traditional Catalonian brunch concept.

The Catalan Sunday Brunch offers a relaxed ambience and the opportunity to sample an array of traditional Catalan dishes from family recipes usually prepared at local bars and small village restaurants, but with a twist courtesy of the innovative kitchen team and Embassy Room – Catalan Cuisine.

Inspired by Catalonia’s much loved tradition of gathering with friends and family after hunting and foraging for mushrooms in the mountains to dine and drink, the Sunday Brunch experience serves up an enticing menu of traditional Catalan dishes, an ample amount of beverages and is enhanced by live entertainment.  

The price for the Catalan Sunday Brunch starts at THB 2,900++ per person (Original price at THB 3,650++ per person)
