Salvia is a space reminiscent of an Italian osteria where friends, family, or colleagues come together to share good authentic Italian food and a great time. Chef Roberto Parentela’s dishes are infused with unexpected flavours inspired by the seasons, using ingredients sourced locally and around the world. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the best of classics and craftsmanship, from freshly made pasta and wood-fired pizza to flavourful Sardinian bread.

Local fresh ingredients are diligently sourced to add an innovative twist, while imported ingredients are used to construct an honest dish.
