Terms and Conditions

Offer valid through December 31, 2022. To qualify for this offer, a wedding must be booked and held at a participating Hyatt hotel or resort worldwide. Offer code HMOON must be requested at time of wedding inquiry, disclosed in signed wedding contract and offer is subject to hotel participation, availability of function space and guestrooms at time of booking. Offer availability is based on the discretion of the hotel. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held weddings and may not be combined with other promotional offers. The number of World of Hyatt Bonus Points earned will be based on the estimated spend at time of contract (pre-tax and hotels fees) for the wedding. Pricing

A food and beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Regency Dallas. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Our pricing is subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All food and beverage is subject to a service charge and sales tax.

Guarantee

A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Can I create my own menu?

Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a wedding reception menu that reflects your wishes. Our experienced team will work with you to fulfill your requests.

How long will my reception last?

Generally, a wedding reception is planned for four hours. You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding specialist will advise any additional costs for a reception exceeding this timeframe.

Can I have an open bar at the wedding?

You can elect to have an open bar, a limited selection of wine and beer or a cash bar. Your wedding specialist will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each.

Can I host a next-day brunch or a rehearsal dinner at the hotel?

Certainly. We have several locations that are appropriate for these occasions.

Are taxes and service charges included in the pricing?

No, your contract pricing will not include all taxes and service charges. Current charges are 8.25% tax and 22% service charge.

May I bring in my own wedding cake?

Yes, you may provide both the wedding cake and the groom's cake. We will provide the china and utensils, as well as complimentary cake-cutting assistance.

Do you have catering at wedding locations other than the hotel?

Yes, our full service catering and culinary staff can accommodate many venues. Your wedding specialist will advise you on possible locations, including Old Red Courthouse, the Sixth Floor Museum, Museums at Fair Park, 7 Senses, Frontiers of Flight Museum and more.

Do you provide wedding decorations?

We will provide complimentary mirror and votive centerpieces to further enhance your tabletop. We partner with floral, linen and decor companies to create the perfect ambience.

Do you have special deals for wedding accomodations and room blocks?

Yes! We are pleased to be the only full-service downtown Dallas hotel to offer courtesy blocks of up to 30 guestrooms per night for your guests with no minimum required stays. That means even if no guests take advantage of the block, there is no obligation to you.

Can you provide the entertainment?

We can recommend local agencies that can assist you with your entertainment needs, including live bands, string quartets and interactive DJs.

Do you offer children's menus?

Yes, a custom children's menu can be prepared especially for your younger guests.
