Q: Does Hyatt’s enhanced cancellation policy apply to reservations made in 2020 or those booked during specific COVID-19 lockdown periods?

A: Hyatt has enhanced its cancellation policy to provide flexibility to help you with your travel planning, and each reservation booked July 1, 2020, and beyond is subject to the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking. Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $22.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Pet Policy

Here at Holston House Nashville, we’re happy to welcome pets of all shapes, sizes, and species (as long as they can fit through our front doors).

Please keep in mind that a max of two pets are permitted per room.
No Pet Fees Apply.
