HOTEL PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES - A "VACCINE PASS" SYSTEM

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for us.

A QR-code based entry log or a Safety Call Check-in is mandatory for all guests prior to entering all dining and drinking venues and Lumi Spa & Fitness facilities.

Furthermore, in accordance with the government’s tightened social distancing measures, a "Vaccine Pass" system, which requires a vaccination certificate or a negative test result, has been introduced. Guests entering all dining and drinking venues and Lumi Spa & Fitness facilities are kindly requested to produce the relevant documentary evidence.

The people who are allowed to enter and documentary evidence are as follows.

1. People who are fully vaccinated 
① A person who is within 180 days after 14 days of completion of the second vaccination / first vaccination for Janssen ② A person who have completed their third vaccination: valid right after the completion of the vaccination
→ A mobile application COOV or other digital credentials (Naver, Kakao, etc), a printed certificate (vaccination certificate) or a vaccination sticker

2. People who receive a negative PCR test result (taken within the last 48 hours)
→ A negative PCR confirmation

3. People who are aged 18 or younger
→ ID or resident registration

4. People who have fully recovered from COVID-19 (valid for 180 days after release from quarantine)
→ A confirmation of release from quarantine

5. People who are not eligible for vaccination due to medical reasons
→ A proof of exemption certificate stating that the person is exempt from providing proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test

6. People who received vaccinations overseas
→ A digital certificate linked to a mobile application COOV, a certificate issued by a public health center in Korea, a vaccination certificate from Singapore (the “Vaccine Pass” system is not applicable with overseas vaccination certificates in English from any other countries)

Even if you have already submitted a certificate, a QR-code based entry log or a Safety Call Check-in is mandatory. A handwritten entry log is not allowed.

HOTEL PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES - F&B VENUES

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for us.

In light of the COVID-19 situation and as precautionary measures, the operating hours of F&B venues can be temporarily changed. Also, a QR-code based entry log or a Safety Call Check-in is mandatory for all guests prior to entering all dining and drinking venues.

※ In accordance with the government’s tightened social distancing measures, a "Vaccine Pass" system, which requires a vaccination certificate or a negative test result for entry into multi-use facilities, has been introduced. Guests entering all dining and drinking venues are kindly requested to produce the relevant documentary evidence.
- Those who are allowed to enter: Fully vaccinated people, etc*
- The permitted number of people: Up to six (Unvaccinated people** are required to dine alone; unvaccinated people cannot accompany fully vaccinated people, etc)

* Fully vaccinated people, etc ①Those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 ②Those who have a negative PCR test result taken within the last 48 hours ③Those who are aged 18 or younger ④Those who have fully recovered from COVID-19 ⑤Those who are not subject to inoculation due to medical reasons with proof of a doctor's note
** Unvaccinated people are those who are not exceptions (② - ⑤) for the "Vaccine Pass" system
