Digital Mindfulness Policy

At Miraval The Red Sea, we invite guests to embrace the present moment by disconnecting from digital distractions. Our resort is a digital device-free environment, allowing you to fully engage in your wellness journey. Devices may be used in designated areas, ensuring a serene and mindful atmosphere for all.

Fee Policy

  1. Package rate does not include taxes and fees. A 25% resort charge (on resort package rates) will be added daily to your package rate, which includes access to over 120 weekly wellbeing offerings, full access to our luxury pools, Life in Balance Spa, Aquatic Center, Body Mindfulness Center, and Serenity Center. 
  2. Package rates are per person per night.
  3. Resort credits are applied to fee-based activities, private sessions and spa treatments. They cannot be applied to retail purchases or alcohol. Resort credits are per person, and non-transferable.
  4. Unless otherwise noted, if you change or cancel a fee-based activity or spa service within four hours of the start time, the entire fee will be charged to your bill. If you are a no-show for a reserved spa service, fee-based activity, or private session, the entire fee will be charged to your bill.

Reservations & Age Policy 

Miraval welcomes guests who are 18+ years or older.

To guarantee your reservation, an advance deposit of 50% of your total room reservation is required. 

Guests are required to sign up for all activities, private sessions, and spa services. We highly recommend booking your experiences as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Our daily schedule is available 60 days out, and our dedicated Experience Planners are available to help answer questions and make thoughtful recommendations based on your intentions for your stay. 

To prioritize the safety and privacy of our guests and staff, only registered day spa and overnight guests are permitted to access the resort. Day Spa Packages are available upon request for visitors and are subject to availability. Prevailing Day Spa Package rates apply.
