Each course is exquisitely paired with a wine chosen by our culinary team. End the evening with “Two Hearts Beat as One”, a delicious strawberry mousse concoction by Pasty Chef, Andy Jin. Park Hyatt New York and Samuels Creative & Co. are pleased to present SOURCE: MATERIAL, a solo exhibition by Brooklyn-based mixed media artist Lizzie Gill. Drawing inspiration from vintage family photos and ephemera, as well as magazines from the 1930’s to the 1950’s, Gill has created a new body of work that evokes nostalgia for an earlier, glamorous era of New York viewed through the lens of the digital age.
