YSL: From Paris with Love in the Avenue Gallery

Park Hyatt New York and Samuels Creative & Co. are proud to present a unique collaboration with the Fondation Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent, YSL: From Paris with LOVE. Through a vivid history of cross cultural dialogues, friendships and visual reverie, this presentation brings together a unique selection of handcrafted postcards by the late French couturier Yves Saint Laurent (1936-2008), which were sent to loved ones in every corner of the world over a span of 30 years. From 1970 to 2007, Monsieur Saint Laurent designed a greeting card in poster format for his dearest friends. While these tokens of affection were sent over decades, they always carried the same message, the word LOVE. This exhibition presents fifteen of these artworks composed of drawings and cutouts unique to each card.

YSL: From Paris with LOVE will be on display through the end of February in the Avenue Gallery at Park Hyatt New York.
