Directions from Long Island Macarthur Airport (ISP)
Depart the airport by taking Arrival Avenue toward Johnson Avenue. Bear left onto Departure Drive then turn left onto Johnson Avenue. Turn left onto SR-454 East/Veterans Memorial Highway. Take ramp for Sunrise Highway then take ramp on the left, following signs for SR-27 East/Sunrise Highway. Next, take the ramp on the right for East Moriches Riverhead Rd/CR-51 north toward Riverhead. Turn right onto Lake Avenue CR-63. At roundabout, take 3rd exit. Turn right onto SR-25/W Main Street. Hyatt Place Long Island/East End is on your right hand side.

Depart from La Guardia Airport. Keep right onto Central Terminal Drive. Bear left onto 94th Street. Take ramp on the right for Grand Central Parkway East toward Eastern Long Island. At exit 10 W-E, take ramp on the right for I-495 East/Long Island Expressway toward Long Island. At exit 71, take ramp on the right for SR-24 toward Hampton Bays/Calverton. Turn right onto SR-24 East/Edwards Avenue. Bear right onto SR-24 East/Nugent Drive. At roundabout, take 4th exit onto Peconic Ave/CR-63. Turn right onto SR-25/W Main Street. Hyatt Place Long Island/East End is on your right hand side.
