The Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst is new and very well thought-out. The lobby and dining area are airy. The whole place smells very clean and fresh. Our room was spacious with an L-shaped couch for reading or watching tv. There was a lap rug for your legs if you actually sat down for a while. Very clean. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and eggs and bacon. Staff very friendly.
